Great place!

This was such a nice house! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to stay in and cook.bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Right next to the pool was very convenient.

Beautiful cottage great location!

Enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cottage. Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of the nearby 30A popular towns of Seaside and Rosemary, avoiding the traffic and crowds, yet the ideal location to quickly access great dining and shops.

Perfect house for two families with kids

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Location was great right next to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Our group had two families with a total of 4 kids so the two king rooms and bunk beds worked perfect for us. The property manager was very quick to respond.

Nice home

We had two families of four that included four teens. There was plenty of room for all. The home was furnished nicely and I loved the reverse plan with the kitchen/living on the second floor. The balconies were all adequately furnished. Being next to the pool is great! And it’s still private. The description of the beach access is a little misleading Ana should state once at the beach gate, you walk two minutes, etc. other than that no issues. I would return.

Close to beach but house needs a lot of work!

We were disappointed when we arrived! House was much different than pictured……older and lot of things need updating. Porch chairs were busted and rusted so we couldn’t even use them. Floors were dirty and very very worn. Some stains on bedding and towels when we arrived , I had to re wash. House had a funny smell. Found a few cockroaches! Huge ants all over the outside porch where we come in and out of the house. Had to spray raid almost daily. Bikes and the grill are on their last leg. Just very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. Would have left night one if we could have but didn’t have any other options. Walk to the beach was great! And the ocean was wonderful! But wouldn’t stay in this area again. Nothing to walk to. Everything is driving distance.

Love the cottage!

We had such a great time. Love the location and the privacy of being in a cottage. The house was clean and then owner was so great. We also loved the bikes and the beach chairs that were provided for our use. Great memories!

Loved this home

Could not have picked a better place for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. This home had plenty of space and had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood and its proximity to the beach. Would stay here again.
