Great property and location!

This was the perfect location and home size for our group of nine. The home is very close to the beach. The home itself is very spacious and has a bathroom per every bedroom which is nice. The kitchen is very well equipped and the home was clean. Overall it was great, there were a few spots that needed tending to, such as, some dirty spots on the couch which the management company sent someone out immediately to clean. We were impressed with the communication and quick response of the management.

Great location! The house was a great set up for two families of four plus the grandparents. There was plenty of seating at the kitchen table and in the living room for all of us.

Beautiful property in heart of Seacrest

Beautiful, clean home close to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family, with a short walk to the beach and the most lovely sunsets.

Perfect for families!

This is a beautiful property. Perfect for families and super convenient to the beach. The hot tub/swimming pool combo is perfect for kids. Even with a sub tropical storm for most of our stay we had a wonderful time.

Perfect beach home

Property is perfect for a group to enjoy the beach. It is less than a 5min walk to the water and had all the amenities you could ever need. Home was clean and loved the decor, would come back again.

Amazing! Would stay again!

The property was immaculately clean and everything we needed was available. The layout was perfect for family. The pool was large and accommodating. We’ve been renting in the area every summer for about ten years and this is one of our favorite homes to date! The owners was staying in one of their other properties and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated the service and can’t wait to return!

Ultimate Rosemary Beach Location

We’ll be back! Perfect location, less than a two minute walk to the private beach. Home was immaculate & fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for all. The plunge pool was perfect way to start & finish a day at the beach. Can’t wait until next year.

Fantastic location! Can walk/ride bikes everywhere Great beach set up Very comfortable house with plenty of room. No beach towels available. Very poor internet which was a big problem for us as we had people working and kids taking online classes

Great Family Vacation

What can I say. The area, the property, the communication from Marlene and De. Everything was awesome! This was the perfect property for 11 people. Whenever anything needed to be addressed they were Johnny on the spot. I would highly recommend Dune Alright to anyone looking for a family trip to the panhandle.

Perfect for 3 families!

Best beach house ever! The three master bedrooms and separate media room were perfect for our 3 families with kids ages 3-15. The owners have thought of everything--down to baby monitors and a stocked spice rack. The house is in a secluded neighborhood, only steps to the private beach walkout, has a gourmet kitchen, surround sound, pool & hot tub--all make this home perfect for a week away. Thank you again to Mike for being so available and opening his gorgeous home to us!

Awesome house!

We had an excellent time at Dune Alright. The house was very clean, well stocked, and awesome location. It accommodate 6 kids and 6 adults Perfectly. We could easily walk to many restaurants including Rosemary Beach Main Street which is our fav. The boardwalk to the beach was just out the back gate and just a couple minutes to the private beach. The pool was nicely heated and we spent so much time swimming. Great communication from the owner and from De. We would definitely stay here again!

Dune Alright was even better than the pictures, a beautiful home, spacious, well decorated, & clean!

Dune Alright is a beautiful, well kept property. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to the beach and gorgeous hom . The paved and lit pathway to the beach lined with palms was so quaint. We loved Dune Alright’s pool and hot tub to let the kids play at the house. The family room gave us a spacious place to hang out as a family and I loved that we could eat all together at the large dining room table and bar. We had 3 couples and 5 kids and had plenty of room. It’s really a beautiful home, and very comfortable beds! We also loved how close we were to downtown Rosemary, walkable distance to great dining and shops and restaurants. We loved biking around on the paved sidewalks up and down 30A. This was our first time to Rosemary beach area and Dune Alright was the perfect location!

A+ rental! Highly recommend Dune Alright

Our group of 3 families rented Dune Alright for a week in April 2021. This place exceeded our expectations in almost every way! It is a gorgeous house with high quality furnishings, has plenty of space for everyone, and is in a spectacular location in Seacrest Beach, steps away from Rosemary. We loved the heated pool, the TV room on the third floor for the kids, and the well-equipped and spacious kitchen. The private beach is beautiful and has powdery white sand that squeaks when you walk on it. We utilized the chair rental company (La Dolce Vita) to add more chair setups for our group, and also had them set up a nighttime bonfire to make s'mores and watch the sun set. Overall a spectacular vacation, great communication from the property managers, and worth every penny. We would love to go back!
