Great Condo w a lot of things for the kids

Condo was clean, easy check in/out. Resort had several of things for the kids to do. Wish there was a ramp down to the beach to haul our wagon of stuff

Would’ve been nice if they would have supplied extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Just enough until we’ve gotten to the store.

The condo was exactly how it’s displayed in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. The views are incredible. The condo is located beside the elevator. The front bedrooms can hear it sometimes but it didn’t disturb sleep. The parking garage is safe and close. We will definitely stay again!

Great room and was on a lower floor which I prefer . The condo was very clean, Jonathan was easy to communicate with and quick to answer all my questions. He made the whole process easy.

As was in pics and description.Left out damages, TV x2 did not work with owners internet. 2nd master had mold in bathroom and closet. Reported and they sprayed bleach and couldn't breathe till room aired out. no spatulas to cook with. No beach towels. N toys left behind were broken. Don't go during bike week, loudness overload til 4a every night. Big balcony. Overall we had fun. There for the beachfront view and playing on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the fact that the room was right next to the elevator. Only 2 floors down to the garage level and 3 more to the beach. Easy access to the beach right through the indoor pool. Room was spacious and very clean. Trash room right arond the corner. Perfect spot in the building. Stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay in this room again. The only issue we had was the day we checked out. There was only 1 elevator working and it took over 30 minunted to catch one that was not full. But not a major deal.

Great location, but not safe for people with small kids

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, I contacted the number asking for our passcode. Little did I know that the door doesn’t actually lock. The only way it locked was from a small chain inside. We were given absolutely 0 disposable things for the kitchen - no coffee filters, no salt and pepper shakers, no garbage bags, no laundry detergent, no dishwasher tabs. Nothing. The hot water did not always work in the kitchen. The one bed still had the plastic wrap that it came in. I asked if it could be removed, and no one answered. I asked for a later checkout and they said they would as long as I gave a 5 star review, which is illegal.The location is great. The one bedroom with bunk beds has outlets with wires hanging out. There is a lot of construction dust under the dresser too. The blankets were as thin as sheets. 4 of us were staying here, but the amount of blankets provided maybe was enough for 1 person.
