Wonderful stay!

Beautiful room, plenary of space for us all and had everything h you needed. Close to Pier Park and all the fun there is there to do. The only drawback is the elevators but with a property that large, a few delays is expected. Will definitely return!

Location

The location was okay. If you walked to the hotel don’t expect much. If you go to the right you can reach a lot in 12-15 min walking. It takes you to the pier, Margaritaville, and Pier Park. Elevator wasn’t bad but get on even if going up or down cause you will be waiting. Room is very high didn’t like it but that’s a personal preference. Room came with two beach chairs and an umbrella. Room very spacious.

Tidewater 1085

The condo was nice and spacious. The resort amenities were nice. The elevators are the worse part of the resort! You will wait forever! The balcony needs more chairs, 2 are not enough especially with the size of the condo. The fact we couldn’t check in even 2 hours early despite the condo not be rented out the night before will deter me from reserving another condo through Vacasa. We have never had an issue checking in early if the condo was ready. Also another thing we didn’t appreciate was a service technician coming in our condo while our son was in the bathroom and we weren’t given any prior notice! It freaked him out!

Pick a different condo!!

From the time we walked into this condo we started noticing maintenance issues. The dresser door had fallen off, paint was coming off cabinets when opening, the air filter hadn’t been changed in awhile(we notice this due to asthmatic son) on night 2 of our 8 day stay we started noticing roaches. The WiFi was HORRIBLE we barely could get any service. The elevators were always down so maybe two elevators worked at a time so it was long waits.

Picture perfect view

View from the 28th condo is amazing. We stayed for 5 days. Condo is bit old with old torn patio furniture. TV technology and internet hardware needs upgrade, since I had teen age kids they couldn’t stream any of their devices to the TV . They got bored in the condo. Bed room window view is beautiful. You can see whole sea shoreline on both sides. Kitchen is well equipped, but need better quality utensils. They are very thin plastics, bends while using. Cannot even mix a soup. When you stay for more than 2 days these small things matter. All bedrooms are decorated nicely. Big and specious closets . Elevator wait is something you need to be Mentally prepared for. They have 7 elevators but still you have to wait 10 min minimum with several stops. Our maximum wait is 30 min , and every time elevator comes to your floor is full. Over all stay is excellent.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views from the 28th floor, condo is nice and has plenty of room. We liked the 2 queens in the second bedroom and the king in the primary.

Awful Elevator wait times

The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and I would stay there again if only We could get a 1st floor room. Otherwise, never again. The place had 7 elevators and only 2 worked the majority of the time. The condo is far too large to not have accommodating elevator service.

Fourth of July vacation

The stay was great. We loved our resort home. I didn't like how the couch fabric felt. It seemed to feel slippery and wet. Of course, the long wait on the elevator was to long at each departure and arrival. I would stay again but in a different room due to the living room suit fabric. The bathroom in the King size bedroom shower was not clean upon arrival.

The room was amazing as well as the ocean view but the elevators are terrible... Having to walk up & down 28 floors was no joke.. It literally had me uncomfortable for the stay so make sure you find out about the elevators if you're staying on higher floors.. Elevator wait time is 45mins plus.. You'll thank me later..

Good time

If I could give a 4 1/2 rating I would. I can’t give it a 5 star rating due to the elevator situation. We stayed in February, so we were not there during the busy season; however, there was at least a five minute wait every time we wanted to use the elevator. It wasn’t a horrible wait, but I can imagine that during peak times it would be frustrating. The room itself was great. This room has an absolutely beautiful view of the gulf. The room also has plenty of space; it was just my wife and I, but a larger family would still have been comfortable. Overall, we had a great time, and I would stay here again.

Very clean, classy unit

Spacious, great views - both living room and master bedroom has the sea view, the other bedroom's view isn't too bad either. The decoration of the unit is top notch.

Spectacular view, don't miss out!!

The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The management company Vacasa was very easy to deal with and they are on-site as well as 24 hour security which i liked. For as nice as the condo was i would have liked an updated living room set. The couch and love seat are very outdated and not comfortable but in saying that it would not stop me from coming back and staying in this unit again. I was also a little disappointed in the size of the balcony but the views of the ocean were magnificent not to mention seeing the sea turtles, dolphins playing and stingrays...bring some binoculars...you won't be sorry. The elevator wait was a bit long, especially at check in and out times but the Tidewater has 30 floors and alot of units and being on the 28th floor was more than worth the wait. All-in-all, I do not consider this a bad review, it was a wonderful vacation and I will definitely be coming back again, hopefully the penthouse will be available!!

Tidewater 2805

This is a tough one!!! We arrived on 9/26/20 only to find out our reservation had been cancelled by Vacassa, not Airbnb. After 1 3/4 hour wait, a unit was found. Funny thing it was original unit we had booked. The condo itself and extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The view was fantastic. The Beach was gorgeous and the young men who worked the chairs and umbrellas were very accommodating. The elevator situation was the worst I’ve ever seen. We sometimes waited a half hour for one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week!

We had a great week in this nice big Condo! We would definitely rent it again! We appreciate the newer appliances and all the space this rental has. The TVs are great . Also the chairs and Umbrellas down at the beach! The beds were comfortable. And appreciate the extra fan!

Excellent stay minus the elevator

The only complaint I have is the elevator. All I can say is I hope there is never a fire. It’s HORRIFIC. I rarely complain but there would be be waits of up to an hour or more. There are not enough elevators for this large condo. The unit itself was great. We enjoyed the view. It’s too bad the elevators are terrible.
