Loved the 1st floor convenience, elevators need a little work, only 1 working all week I’d don’t know if you have any say so about the pool area but those workers are very rude, not helpful or friendly but other than that it was nice

Clean and fun.

Wife and I work from home so we decided to work from the beach booked last minute and the property did not disappoint. This will be my go to from here on out.

Not all Edgewater units are the same … some are wonderful , some are ok … this one was ok . We will never rent it again . This unit needs upgraded furniture that works like the couch bed

Tricky touchpad door lock and loud

It’s a very nice unit. However - there are things you need to know. As two women that had a girls weekend that stayed at the unit - there were some privacy and accessibility concerns — 1. There is not interior deadbolt to lock the door at night. That means that anyone with the code could theoretically come in while you’re there or sleeping. 2. The digital touchpad can be difficult. There are no physical buttons on it. It’s like a touchscreen. You have to select the numbers in a very specific way to get it to work. I only got it to work once the entire time I was there - luckily my friend was able to do it correctly and we were able to get into the unit. But my friend delayed going home because she was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get back in. Noises - 1. You will be woken up at 6am by the trash truck. It’s very very loud. 2. The toilet runs constantly and all day and night long. If you’re a light sleeper or don’t have ear plugs, good luck. 3. It can be noisy facing the pool and a popular walk way but that’s expected Overall it’s a nice and clean unit with quick access to the ice cream and coffee shop and the pool.
