Great location, pretty stroll to beach access, has everything you need for a relaxing retreat.

Dirty, but great location

This was one of the most dirty homes I’ve stayed at. The couch is completely stained. The pull out mattress had a dirty sheet on it..with crumbs, hair and finger nail clippings. So that had to swapped out immediately. The master bed had the comforter fully exposed- with the cover at the base of the bed- both completely filthy. The cover had a spray tan stain and the comforter had multiple stains. The bathroom floor was super dirty too. I’d be pissed if I was the home owner and I was paying a property management company to half-ass clean my home and still get paid.

Perfect Place for 2

My husband I stayed June 19-26 and it was the perfect place for 2! We couldn’t think of anything that was missing from this property. There is even an outside shower under the stairs with hot water and a gas grill (unfortunately did not use the grill and outside seating due to it raining most of the trip). It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach access and a 1-2 mile bike ride to Rosemary, Alys, and The Hub. The only thing I would mention is that on the few sunny days we had, we were woken up with the sunrise (6 am) because of the lack of blinds in the upper windows in the bedroom.

Lovely stay!

It was a perfect place and location for my husband and I close to beach, and seacrest nightly activities, bike riding was fun and relaxing, just an overall great vacation spot!! Just wish they had a pool.

Wonderful

Wow! What a beautiful, perfect place. Even better than the pictures. The porch & porch swing was a real joy. Short walk to beach. Quiet street. And great communication from the owners every step along the way. Hope to be back again

Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our time at The Sugar Shack Carriage House. It’s the perfect getaway way for for a couple. We enjoyed riding the bikes. It’s an easy quick ride or short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is beautiful. Stephanie the property manager was wonderful. The accommodations were well equipped, everything you could need for a week at the beach. The outdoor shower was especially useful for washing away sand.
