The Summit! What can I say? It has a history all of its own.

This condo has been updated and everything has been hand-picked by the owner. There is 1 bedroom with a King size bed and a set of bunk beds in the hall. There is also a fold-out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen has everything you need! There is even a brand new washer and dryer!

Anybody for a swim? There are 2 Olympic sized pools for the Big Kids, and a kiddie pool for the little ones. There is also a poolside tiki bar and a snack bar with absolutely fabulous food. If ice cream or donuts are what you crave, there is also a poolside ice cream and donut shop. Let me tell you if you've never had a Krispy Kreme donut- then you're in for a treat (just a side note-- get 'em while they're hot).

From this 7th floor unit, you will love the view of the beautiful, white powder beaches from the Private Balcony and if you happen to be with that someone special,we've ordered a gorgeous sunset just for two.
