Sunsplash is conveniently located right at the front of the Seacrest neighborhood, but not directly on 30A so no street noise. It's directly across from the 12,000 square foot pool and very close (~100yds) to the beach and the shops/restaurants in Rosemary and Alys. If you look at the map below, you'll see that it's the second house on the right when you enter the neighborhood.

Sunsplash has lots of privacy -- especially on the rooftop deck where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac where kids can play and ride their bikes. And, it's just a 3-minute stroll down a private, palm-lined path to the beach. If you prefer not to walk, a complimentary golf cart will pick you up at your doorstep. It's also just a few steps away from the shops, restaurants and live music at Peddler's Pavilion (~50 yards), Rosemary and Alys.

We love to cook and entertain, so we've stocked the kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout makes it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. Relax in front of the 60" HD TV with 5.1 Surround Sound and watch a movie or listen to music. There’s also high-speed gigabit fiber internet access and WiFi, and a complete selection of board games for the kids.

Sunsplash sleeps 12 comfortably in beds with four large, well appointed bedrooms, including the 3rd floor ‘family suite,’ each with its own full bath and TV.

Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Walk the cobble-stone streets in the Seacrest neighborhood, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy the free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids run off to the ice cream parlor and candy store.

A 15 minute car ride East will take you to Pier Park. This indoor/outdoor mall boasts a magnificent new movie theater, great restaurants, fun shops and tons of activities for kids and families. Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach are approximately a 10-to-15 minute drive away. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Destin, waterparks and several golf courses are all within a short drive.
