Love it

Love that the place matched the photos and description. They went the extra mike with small touches. We did have a broken tv in one of the rooms that we notified them about the first day; but never got fixed or replaced. But otherwise we were pretty happy and would definitely recommend and book again!

Beautiful property/Terrible cleaning service

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a residential neighborhood, fairly new and beautiful. The home is actually better than the picture; however the cleaning service will be the downfall of this beautiful home. All my issues were with the cleaning company. We had a checkin at 4 pm but when we arrived they were still inside cleaning, could not check in until 4:40 after a 5 hour drive; A filthy wash cloth under the sink in the master bedroom, food not clean from the creasing of the dining room table and dog poop in the garage was totally unacceptable for me. I paid a $484 cleaning fee and was refunded a measly $40😡

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and his family along with mine enjoyed a really fun week, visiting the sights and beaches. Being a block from the beach made it convenient to enjoy the ocean, and it was situated well for shopping and restaurants as well as the recreational activities in Panama City Beach. The house was very clean and well furnished, and it suited our needs very well. I'd highly recommend the house.

Beautiful home close to Laguna Beach

This is a great beach house that is just a block from gorgeous Laguna Beach. The house is very clean and has a great layout for multiple families. The property company, TurnKey, also was very helpful. Thanks!

An awesome place in Panama City Beach

An amazing stay

There was a sink link and the TurnKey Team responded immediately and had someone over to the house to fix it. The beach is literally 5 minutes or less away. Pier Park is within a few miles away which is loaded with shopping places, restaurants, and much more. We will definitely try renting with TurnKey again!
