Clean rooms, nice view. Check in and out were quite busy. They had an elevator attendant to help speed the use of the elevator during peak times. We enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed our stay, it's a quiet building, has all the immenities for teenagers, and an unforgettable view of the Gulf. Luckily the elevators weren't a problem for us because we were on the third floor. We felt very safe and will be back again soon!

Great Location

We have stayed at the Tidewater numerous times and this condo is an excellent choice as it is on a low floor so very convenient when you don't want to wait for the elevator. This condo is great especially during the busy season!

Great location

With the elevators taking a while it’s great to have a floor on the 3rd floor. We loved the layout and the space for our family and exchange students. Everyone has their own space and everything worked. Will return again!

Last minute fall break

The condo was nice and decorated well. However the number of elevators, for such a large complex, that were out of order was disappointing. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Apartment was great! Super glad we were on the 3rd floor due to elevator's taking 10-15 mins each time we had to use it so I can say I maxed out my steps for the week!!! We will not be staying at tidewater again due to this huge inconvenience!

Perfect!

Everything was as stated and exemplary! A beautiful condo as well. Very comfortable. They have a boogie board, chairs, and an umbrella for you to use as well, kept on the patio. FYI: Find and use the stairs. The elevators are a nightmare...luckily you are on the third floor!

Property was nice and was as advertised. Elevator issue is biggest problem there. Being on 3rd floor we were able to use stairs and that made it ok. Would not have liked if we had been higher up.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was great, the condo was exactly what we expected. Thankfully being on the 3rd floor we were able to use the stairs because of the elevators..I will have to say the elevators got better during the week..it’s the check in and out that you had to wait for. The only think I wish the condo had was a curtain in the living room area going out to the patio..while I love the view there are times during the day the room got warm from the sun..but other then that it was a great week in PCB!
