Great time young and old. We would love to come back.

We had a joyful stay at Tips Turtle with 30A Beach Girls! The golf cart, pool, and close beach access were exceptional and made our trip truly unforgettable. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and we would be thrilled to book again.

We had an exceptional stay at this home with our in-laws. What truly sets this property apart is the outstanding service! There are plenty of homes in the area, you can throw a rock from the yard and hit 10 rental homes, but the experience here is unparalleled. The bikes, the golf cart, the complimentary bonfire, and the personalized service by Breanna and Hollie, along with their constant communication, made this vacation perfect. All our plans were arranged before we even arrived. The house was immaculate and meticulously clean, and everything was executed flawlessly. We will definitely be returning for another vacation with 30A Beach Girls this fall! If you're looking for a worry-free vacation, book with this company!

Great Location

The house was really nice. There was plenty of room for everyone Short walk to the beach, Golf cart and bikes that were included were a plus. Game room was perfect as well. Beds were comfortable. I had a few concerns during the stay and the mangers were quick to respond. Two small complaints. We had the maximum of 22 guests. The biggest frying pan was only 10" Its very hard to cook for 22 people with that small of pan. The main floor half bath also didn't have a towel rack, which seems odd. Other than those 2 small things, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Close to beach, very roomy.

We had a great stay! The house is unique but impressively clean and well-stocked. With toddlers clean floors are important and this house had very clean everything. One irritating quirk is that the kids' rooms have more private bathrooms than the adults' rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. The pool was a lot of fun, even though the slide and basketball hoop could use an upgrade. We spent hours in the pool. We made good use and loved the golf cart and bikes. The managers at 30A Beach Girls were incredibly responsive and arranged our boat trip, plus they gave us a complimentary bonfire night. Despite the bathroom setup, we would rent with them again and recommend this house if you don't mind sharing a bathroom with other adults. There's plenty of space, though the bathroom arrangement did annoy me and my sisters.

Better than we even hoped!!!

We had a family reunion that included 4 generations at this beautiful home. Our check in was seamless. We had a couple of questions and they sent someone out in an hour to help us. The living room was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. We were thrilled with the home, the amenities and the location. Our one complaint was there weren’t enough chairs for the huge dining room table. The photos definitely showed 4 stools in the kitchen and 8 chairs around the table, during our stay there were only 2 stools and only 6 chairs. A home that sleeps 22 should be able to sit at least 12? Additionally we would have loved a place to hang wet things outside (not just on furniture) when we got back from the beach, and as others have pointed out the pots and pans were traditionally sized, so we bought our own large cooking pots but other than that we were completely thrilled with our stay. We are planning on returning!

Tipsea turtle A cool play to stay

The many bedrooms and multiple living room spaces and beautiful top porch were awesome. Excellent location and the use of bikes and golf cart were wonderful to get around. Beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Unfortunately had problems checking in as codes were not updated. Had problems with the gas grill refrigerator and ice maker not working properly. Pool filter wasn't running when we arrived. This was all irritating to do with especially at the price paid. Furniture in kitchen is not high end and bar stools were shakyWish property offered beach chairs for the beach and floors were pretty dirty, but everything else was wonderful for a large group there for a wedding on the beach. The pool area was wonderful and everyone enjoyed the pool, outdoor furniture and game. The tv outside wasn't working initially. Guests found using all the tvs to be very confusing and they often just gave up.With these inconveniences, would still recommend the property for groups as there are numerous places to get away so it never felt crowded. Perfect area near restaurants, stores, Pier Park not far away, as well as numerous Walmart stores- great bottle shop.

Thank you 30a beach girls this hoe was perfect.

This was a perfect size place for our group of 18 and just what we were looking for to enjoy our fall break. Plenty of space, plenty of dishes and plenty of towels the house was spotless. We also appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the common area/living room and of course the outdoor space with awesome pool!! Best of all was the close proximity to the beach and lots of good dining. Hollie gifted us a second cart since my parents are older. It was so helpful. The fee beach bonfire night was the best night of games and fun treats. We will come back.

BEST TRIP!!

Amazing property and hospitality! Highly recommend if you want to be steps to the beach a beautiful nearly empty beach and close to everything! The house was very nice and clean. Golf Cart ride distance to shops and restaurants as well. It exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was so smooth and we loved that our groceries were inside waiting on us. Hollie let us check in early since our flights arrived so early.

What a VIEW from the balcony, we enjoyed having our mimosas there! Pool was fun, video games fun, open floor plan for entertaining fun! The home was so beautiful and perfectly placed close to the beach. The view was OUT OF THIS WORLD and 30a Beach Girls were so sweet and always attentive to anything we needed. Definitely too ten rentals we've ever been to!

30a beach girls is incredible!

Perfect location for a large group of friends or family. Free bonfire night was a dream. Sometimes you don't know what you're going to get when you book something online. However, this place was even better than the pictures show!! It was so easy to reach from the airport. Hollie and Molly were so helpful and kind to get us checked in, and Molly ensured everything was lined up for us she dropped our groceries! The rooms are clean and bright, and all of the accommodations were extremely beautiful. There were ten of us adults, and we used each and every room comfortably. Everything was well stocked and clean and it was just perfect for us. The stunning house, location, and the nearby activities made this such an ideal little vacay. I would HIGHLY recommend 30a beach girls and this amazing home and hope to come back too!!

The best times!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing, the hosts were awesome! Their communication was professional and swift! The house was lovely, spacious, clean, beds were amazing, and the home had a great southern beach feel! Kids loved the games in the garage as much as the pool. The golf cart was used daily and the included bonfire has us as guests for life! The kids are already asking when we can return, discussing 2025 dates this week. I'd recommend anyone to bring their family here! 5 star rating from all of us and we will be back! Thank you Molly, Hollie and Breanna for the service and memories!

This home was amazing. Close to the beach and pier park.

House is incredible lots of space and the pool area is the family hot spot! Beach was never crowded and so close. The golf cart was utilized daily miles upon miles. My kids now want one at home! 30a Beach Girls are the bomb!!! Hollie set us up with a dolphin cruise, gave us great restaurant recommendations and was always willing to assist with each and every question. Being first timers to the area we had lots. The bonfire evening was incredible we could have stayed hours more. Pier park seen us daily. We rode that ferris wheel so much. We would love to come back in 2025!

Loved it!!

Beautiful home. This home is everything the listing says. There was so much room for 10 of us to spread out and so much to do with pool, golf cart, bikes and beach. We gathered in the kitchen with lots of space to entertain and visit. The house is so well stocked! Great location to get anywhere in Panama City Beach.

Great beach getaway

This house was super accommodating for our group of 19 people. The ages ranged from 4 years old all the way up to grandma. There was always something to do since this house is packed with all the activities. The kids were in the pool almost non stop and the dads had some major tournaments in the game room. The 3rd floor deck has the best views and is a quiet little escape from all the fun things. Everyone, especially the kids, loved the golf cart that came with the house and I was pleasantly surprised that traffic around town is super accommodating to the golf carts. The beach that is just a block away was so beautiful and clean and there were usually not many people there. The women that I delt with through the rental company were all nothing short of amazing. Every one of them were nice, answered my questions quickly and made sure that everything was taken care of. Thanks for a fantastic vacation in PCB.

AMAZING home and service.

Our stay at this home surpassed all expectations. Having rented properties for over 20 years, we can confidently say that this ranks among the very best. Location offers easy access to the beach literally straight down the street. Situated just a golf cart ride away from numerous shops and restaurants, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it provided the perfect balance of convenience and serenity. No rowdy crowds. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the pool, which was a source of fun for every member of our group. Additionally, the game room kept the kids entertained for countless hours. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. Moreover, the services provided by 30a Beach Girls were nothing short of exceptional. From arranging a private chef to coordinating a thrilling fishing excursion that also included dolphin sightings, and an unforgettable bonfire night, they helped us schedule our entire wish list. We are already eagerly awaiting our next visit and are hopeful to return for our fall break. This experience was amazing! Highly recommend.
