Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful property and area

Perfect location. Very comfortable. Awesome decor. The remote in master only gets one channel and there was no ice. Also, we were unaware of the check out time - that should be written down somewhere. We planned to leave at 11 and the cleaning woman showed up and was quite rude. Had we known there was a 10am check out we would have checked out on time. We would recommend this condo. It was overall a great beach week in very nice accommodations. Response time was immediate which was great.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Condo was just as advertised with all our needs. Having the included chairs and umbrella saved us from having to tote too much to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too overcrowded. Perfect location near Pineapple Willies. Gated and guarded entrance gave us a good sense of security for our family. 2nd floor unit was great too. Took the stairs quite often but never really had to wait for the elevator if needed.

Amazing place!!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The condo is beautiful. We took our 3 kids, there was plenty of space the condo has a great layout, the terrace is huge so you can eat a meal or enjoy your morning coffee. There are 2 pools one is heated and one is not. Going in March the non heated pool was freezing but there were still kids swimming in it. The only think that could have been better was the towel situation. All properties we’ve stayed at before have beach/pool towels but this one did not. So just know that - we went across the street and bought some. We will definitely be back to this place!

Best condo ever!

We go to PCB every year and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. The condo is exactly like it looks. Beautiful! The AC was cold, the condo was very clean, the views are awesome. The free beach chair and umbrella service was easy and great. Everything about our stay was perfect and we will be coming back next year. Perfect perfect perfect! The condo was more than 5 stars!

Perfect In Every Way!

This condo is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you could need and right in the middle of everything. I did try to check in about 3 minutes before 4pm and my code did not work, after calling I realized that it must be 4p or after before the codes will work. They were very nice and didn't make me feel stupid for trying that. The condo is super clean and so much room! I would 100% book this condo again and again. Such a wonderful stay!

Great condo

Have stayed at this property in the past in a nice one bedroom. It is a great location and close to many nice restaurants and attractions. Walmart and walgreens right across the street. Loved the layout of this 2 bedroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony which made it ideal for our situation. The condo is well stocked and mostly pretty clean. Everything from booking to checkout was very simple. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was remodeled and in great shape. The entire place was clean and well stocked. We purchased food at the Wal-Mart across the street and had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was a favorite morning spot for the entire family. The parking lot had 24 hour security and was gated which made us feel great leaving our vehicles in the parking lot. Our stay was wonderful and we made great memories as a family.

Amazing views from a beautiful condo

We were amazed at the views when we walked into this unit. All glass on the gulf side from living area and both bedrooms! The large balcony allowed us to enjoy lounging and dining al fresco at the outdoor table. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our too-short stay. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 pools and the one in-between bldg 2 & 3 was great. Large with 2 islands and lots of waterfalls. Will stay there again next year.

4th Vacation to PCB

This Condo and working with Kim could not have been better. The Condo was very clean and was exactly what the pictures showed on VRBO and we were able to get the unit about an hour early. We have stayed at the Long Beach Resort 3 other times, 2 times in Tower 3 and 1 time in Tower 4, so this was our first time in Tower 1 and this will be our last time, again nothing to do with the actual Condo itself or anything to do with Kim's Condo. Actually this is probably the best Condo unit we have stayed in, the problem with Tower 1 is you have a major overflow of people from Shores of Panama Condo ( Next Door ) to Tower 1, and the tenants of that condo would walk down and set tents up in front of the Tower 1 beach chairs. we actually just went down between Tower 2 & Tower 3 and put our chairs down and it was not crowed at all. The other issue is this unit was above the beach access and it was super noise all the time, and this unit is next to the trash shoot and you had people dropping trash and bottles all times of the night and it was noisy as well. We will stay at Long Beach Resort again and would like to work with Kim's condos again, but it will be in Tower 3 or 4. The pool was great not crowded at all for the time we were their. Cant wait to go back next year to Long Beach Resort for our 5th year vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. This unit was nicer than the other units I have stayed in at Long Beach resort. I feel very lucky I was able to rent this unit so close to our reservation dates. Hats off!!

Amazing Condo

Overall, this is a beautiful condo and perfect location. Located on the second floor, it was nice and quiet and met most of our needs. The only reason I give cleanliness a three star is because the dining chair cushions, the recliner, the throw pillows (inside and out) and the rugs should be cleaned, at least once a month if not every two weeks. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Enjoyable family trip in PCB

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the decor of this adorable condo. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay, including a kitchen stock with tons of great cooking tools. Not too far from shopping and attractions, giving us fun options on rainy days too.
