I liked everything but the front desk lady was rude , I asked a question about the hotel she answered that had to much going on and couldn’t explain it . So I just said thanks any way. Then at the breakfast area didn’t have breakfast choices because it was 9 am and was crowded with guests getting only coffee and cereal. It was on the Memorial Day weekend. We might think twice going back there. Sorry. Good things was the clean room and the night front desk guy who was really helpful and nice. Convenient location and great amenities, pool was great!

Brand new facility. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room had a nice kitchenette and dining table. So close to Pier Park! Great area! Dining, shopping, family entertainment. Huge Military presents. Love that! LOVED hearing the planes flying overhead.

It was clean. That’s always my biggest concern. I clean when I arrive and when I don’t see any dirt or dust or grime or mold, etc on my cleaning towels, then I know they are cleaning the rooms. The black out curtains could be better for the morning sun flooding into the room at 5:45am, but that is about the only thing I could say for improvement. Would stay here again. I only stayed one night in this trip.
