Our condominium was great, had wonderful views of the gulf, and was close enough to walk to Pier Park, the Pier, and several breakfast spots and restaurants.

The condo was great! Confortable, clean, equipped and in a great location. The balcony view was awesome, walking distance to Pier 58 and right in the beach. Parking very convenient, easy access to all amenities and facilities. Quick checking and great communication with the staff. Will definitely be back! Great stay!

It was great! Good for families. The gate to get in parking was a pain, it would never scan on the phone. After we had it printed it worked good. Great walking distance to lots of things.

We enjoyed our stay property over all was clean. However i felt the condo could have been cleaner i understand sand is everywhere. I swept before we got settled in it was horrible. The washer & dryer needs up dating as well as the appliances the stove top had a huge crack in the top.

Pros-The location is great, just down from Pier Park. So many places within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great. The property was clean. Early check in was fantastic. Cons- the beds are the absolute worst beds we have ever had to sleep on. The master bed felt like a small blanket had been wrapped around plywood. The bed made terrible noises when getting in and out. Enough to disturb your partners sleep. So strange that it did not have any creature comforts like coffee filters, salt, pepper, dryer sheets, no extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. The rusty dryer vent cut my wife’s finger deep when she was cleaning it out. We were in town for Jeep Jam and the beds really were so bad it interfered with our stay because we were all so sore in the mornings. First time ever I was ready to check out and go home. It’s so unfortunate that a better mattress or even a mattress topper could of earned them a 5 star review. My son is only 19 and he said the bunk beds were also terrible. He took Tylenol and each day for his achy back.

We enjoyed our stay at PCB. Condo was great with the exception of the hard bed. We still really enjoyed our stay but I chose to sleep on the comfy sofa rather than the bed. I’m guessing it was missing a topper that was taken off thanks to COVID. Also could use a pizza pan or cookie sheet in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was excellent!!

This is a nice place to stay, but it does need some upgrades. The pull-out sofa is very hard to put back, something is not lining up. A new refrigerator where the ice dispenser works. The stove is rusting near the bottom. The Master bathtub could use an upgrade. Now the nice things. Very nice floors and easy to clean with sand from the beach, All the kitchen items I needed to fix a meal and then some. Convenient space for the washer and dryer. TV in the master I didn't have to share my space. The balcony view was the best I enjoyed it every morning and night. Also, the condo is soundproof from the street side and the hallway. I slept very comfortably with the master bedroom being on that side of the condo. Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay!!!
