Close to Action, but Less Congested

Casa Ananda is a third floor, spacious unit overlooking open green space. Although it’s only a short walk to pools, shopping , restaurants and the beach its location off the beaten path is less congested and quiet. Another plus….the property manager, Alice responded within minutes of my texts and accommodated our requests. I highly recommend renting this unit.

Could be better for what you pay

Positives: -Location in RB; I'll take the quieter side of 30A any day over the hectic southern side -on the St. Augustine Green; we played there every day -attractively decorated w/space for everyone -lovely furnished balcony -tvs with streaming services Negatives: -No soap for bathing (the listing says otherwise) -No shampoo/conditioner (ditto) -Only one roll of tp and paper towels (a family of 4 needs more than this over 5 days) -No sugar/spices/seasonings -White couches are looking grubby from use -Bathrooms (grout) and doors around the knobs need a good cleaning -Kitchen sink was clogged and remained that way our entire stay -the hassle it took to obtain the bikes that are promised on the property listing -no where to put your bags in the 2nd guest room; we moved a bench from the dining room into that room so that kids didn't have to put everything on the floor -the inaccurate info in the renters notebook; the code for renting beach chairs was incorrect -requests to the property manager were often met with excuses We have rented a lot of condos in TX, FL and Colorado. Most times, I've never needed to communicate with the property manager at all. And that's how it should be... especially when you pay Rosemary Beach prices.
