Sunnyside Monthly Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property (complex) was beautiful. Across from the beach, but a very short walk. This is a great place for kids! Bring your bikes, scooter, etc. The unit (14) was in good condition, but could use some upgrades. Needs a new dishwasher, blinds, recliners, and light in the master bedroom. Property is not in the heart of PCB tourism, but you can get to 30A and Pier Park in 10 minutes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back to Sunnyside.

Great winter expierience..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We don't think we could find a better to place to enjoy the winter months than Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort. That said.. We are extremely disappointed that we must leave in mid March. We plan to be back next season. Even though we will be traveling from our new home in Loudonville, New York. Regards Jack and Marie Wood.. (Full month of March, please)
