Best vacation rental in Panama City

Best vacation rental in Panama City. It's located in Venture out and has access to the beach and bay. It backs up to the state park and there were Deer visitors every morning. Laura and Ben were great hosts and the house was perfect for our family!

Amazing family beach house near the beach

This is a great little beach house perfect for a family. It has a great secluded backyard and easy access to the beach and pool. The beach chair service on the beach also really cut down on all of the stuff we needed to bring. We're definitely staying there again!

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family had a great stay! We have 3 kids (2, 5, and 7) and they loved the outside area, especially loved seeing the deer everyday! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and the bathrooms even had toiletries that came in handy for us. The owners were easy to work with and answered any questions I had. Wonderful place!

Cozy and Quiet

We loved our stay! Venture Out is an awesome community area with a lot to do! Short walk to the beach, quick drive to wherever we wanted to go, and right next to St. Andrews State Park. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay!!!

16th Birthday getaway

My boys, three of their friends, and myself stayed for four days and three nights to celebrate my younger son's 16th birthday. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Favorite place in PCB

Comfortable beach house in great location with all the details designed, stocked and available. Clean, fresh and new! Everything sparkled- the owners even thought to put turf on the backyard so we could enjoy the state park view. We loved taking the golf cart to the beach for sunsets, then using the well-appointed kitchen to cook our seafood dinners. We can’t wait to go back. This place is memorable!

Perfect beach house

We stayed for 7 nights in September. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. The home was spotless and so clean. Plenty of linens. The golf cart was great. The decor is very tasteful and updated. There is plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you for being such great host. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great stay at Tropic Traveler for month of January.

We stayed for the month of January, we were very happy with the Tropic Traveler. We really enjoyed the den in the back,watching the wildlife in St Andrew’s State Park. All the rooms are decorated nicely and very comfortable. We loved having the golf cart to ride over to the lagoon to watch the boats and then over to the beach, too. The location is nice, we enjoy the quieter end of the strip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, we hope to return soon! We definitely will highly recommend your beach cottage.

We enjoyed this beach cottage. It had all the luxuries of home with quality kitchenware and grilling accessories for those relaxing nights in. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with a ton of essentials including beach items, games, and kitchen extras. Watching the deer from the backyard was an added bonus. The host (Laura) was easy-going. She was responsive and helpful prior and during our stay. This unit and a Venture out experience is must book.

Best customer service + beach house

We had so much fun at this precious beach house. I was able to coordinate this all through Lauren, who made booking a complete breeze. She was so kind and attentive. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighbors are super friendly, I think it is an unwritten rule to wave to everyone. Very family friendly! The resort offered many amenities, that we rarely left the grounds. We had a blast and will definitely make this our future vacation home. I have zero complaints.

We've been coming to Venture Out for about 10 years, most years twice a year, and we always stay in a different unit. This one was the best ever! It was very clean and had everything we could ever want. The kitchen was well-stocked; the best I've ever seen. Laura was very responsive and extremely nice. She even accommodated our special request! Their place is very inviting and peaceful. We loved watching the deer in their backyard. Oh my goodness! The backyard is amazing! Stay here. You are going to love it. We look forward to staying here again and hope we get to soon!

Tropic Traveler

We had such a wonderful stay at Tropic Traveler, With the kids and Venture Out not having tons of (play) outdoor space for guests this house was a game changer with the back yard space. Deer came to fence daily and we could not have asked for a better unit. After seven consecutive years staying at Venture Out this has been the best.

Better than described

So clean and welcoming, decorated and functional - everything we needed was well prepared for us. Woke up and watched the deer through back windows, enjoyed the neighborhood location and feel. Not jammed into all the PCB business, but very accessible. Location is great, beach and pool and fishing pier on the bay is a quick golf-cart ride. Hosts responded immediately with answers to questions and were very helpful with restaurant tips and best places for oysters and happy hours. I’m only staying at this place when I come back to Florida - top knotch Tropic Traveler!!
