  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great Location

Great location, great unit! The entire unit was comfortable and located in the center of the property which was nice. We were walking distance from the event center, pool, and tennis courts. Unit is nice and comfortable and well stocked. Only complaint was the beds were stiff, but that could be fixed with bed toppers. Overall, great place and would stay again.

We had a great time! Took the grandbabies for fall break. They love all of the pools, especially the Lagoon pool. Edgewater is our go to for all vacations. This villa was very nice and clean, convenient to everything.

The golf villa is great! The property was as shown in pictures and very clean. The walk to the beach was a little long but there is a shuttle if you choose. The pool right outside the villa was quiet and nice for when you didn’t want to be with the crowd at the lagoon pool.

We absolutely loved this place. Tram service is so amazing!!! They pick you up at your condo and drop you off at the beach . At the end of the day, same thing. This condo even has beach chairs, toys and beach towels you can use.

Great condo

Had a great time with my family. We have 3 kids (6,5 and 1 yr old). Plenty of room and a large closet for the pack n play. Condo was fully stocked with items. Will be back for sure!

The condo was great and nice. However, the staff at Edgewater was very unfriendly. When you talked to the staff at the pool or place they were mad and acted like you were bothering them by talking to them. They were very mean and unfriendly. Only a select few were nice. We will not be back because of the staff there.

Baseball beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo had everything we needed. Great location and the view of pool and pond was nice. The pond has a water fountain which was nice listening too especially in the evening. The balcony has rocking chairs which I loved too. The pool is only a few steps away if you want to swim. Beach is right across the street minutes away. The lay out of master bed room is good plenty of room for luggage and any extra personal items you don’t want on the floor. The condo is 13 minutes from Publix Sports Complex. Erica with Stay Away Rentals was excellent!! I have stayed at a different unit in the golf villas that had a upgraded kitchen and bathroom features and this unit is way better with location, layout and cleanliness. If I return to PCB I will definitely stay at this unit again.

Great place and location. Just giving feedback and would think it would add to the rental experience if there were beach towels and oven mitts. Everywhere we have always stayed offer those. We were fine without just wanted to mention those. Great place to stay!

This is our second year staying at Edgewater. 2509 was the perfect location and set up for our group (2 adults and 3 sixteen year old boys). We all had a great time and slept very comfortably. The rental had everything we needed for a week of relaxation.

This place is amazing

The home is well stocked and very clean. Everything you need away from home. The king size bed was so comfortable and the sheets were nice. The unit has an amazing AC system. It overlooks the pool so my older kids could go swimming while we sat on the balcony and watched. Security is top notch and the entire property is clean, well maintained and the pools are amazing. The resort gives great close access to the beach as well!
