Amazing place!!

I absolutely loved this property. it was so clean, right on the beach, plenty of towels, the beds were so comfy!! The property managers were so nice. I had a little trouble with check in and I called them for assistance and he picked up right away and helped me. We can’t wait to book a stay here again!

Great place and location.

We had a great stay, the views are spectacular. Was disappointed we had to pay extra for parking. Every VRBO we’ve ever stayed in we got at least one parking spot.

Great views

I was skeptical that the picture might have been photoshopped, but was completely surprised that the view was as good or better than the pictures. We had an awesome time on the beach and loved watching the sunsets from the balcony.

Affordable Beachfront Location!

We had a great time staying at this beach condo. It was right on the beach and came with two reserved chairs, which was a huge bonus. The place itself is a great size for two people and we loved sitting on the balcony each morning to drink our coffee and listen to the ocean waves. For the price and location, you can't beat it!

1st trip to the Gulf

The building itself is in need of upkeep - but the condo itself was great. So glad we did this instead of a hotel! The view was spectacular! Loved that it was right on the beach and also had a pool. The condo owner Sherry was great to work with!

Great time!

Check in was easy, getting a parking pass and wrist band was super easy and fast. The condo was exactly as described if not better. The views were amazing and we enjoyed our staff. Don’t have any complaints, we plan to book another stay for this year.

PCB trip in winyer

It was a nice place with a good view of the gulf. I enjoyed having extra space and the kitchen was helpful to provide easy meals for us. I would stay here again and appreciate the managers prompt responses before and during our stay.

Condo was clean and decorated pretty. Could you a new mattress but maintenance man got us a 2" memory topper which helped.

Well laid out rooms with lovely accommodations

Beautiful room and setting. Pictures portray it well. Plenty of dishes to use in kitchen which was good since we are in the whole time due to COVID. Nice views off back deck. We had a problem with our lock but it was fixed very quickly. Area of town was busier than I expected but lots to do

Short stay-Great

We stayed at this property only for one night due to our flights being changed and was a last minute booking. Booking was smooth and communication was great! We were going to have to hang out until checkin time due to moving properties because of our flight change. We got a call as soon as it was ready way early before checkin time, which was not expected. This is what hospitality is all about! Thank you so much! The place was clean, views great, and location was great! We will book again!

Condo was nice parking was a nightmare

We stayed 5 nights at this condo. It was clean and looked as how advertised. We did have an issue with bugs but management company was on it and communication was superb. Our biggest issue was parking. One night we drove around for 45 mins trying to find an open spot. We were told that the condos were at 100% capacity and that was the reason. Tiki bar was extremely overpriced but Bikini Bobs was golden!

Beach Condo Parking

The property itself was in good condition with Amenities that contributed to a wonderful stay. The one major drawback was that we were not told prior to the trip; that we would only be allowed one parking pass. We had two vehicles one which had to be parked somewhere else. An extreme inconvenience. We will not return to this condo because of that horrible policy. There are plenty of others exactly the same that provide suitable parking.

Was now cleaned well, live insects crawling around.

Was not clean and several live insects in the unit crawling on walls and counters. None of the TVs worked. Called property manager and they could not help, one of the managers was actually rude to us stating the problem was user error. We called the system IT support, they had to install the TV app before it would work. We visit Panama City every year and this is our first and last time to stay at this location and unit.
