Would not stay at again unless changes are made

I am not one to leave a negative review at all, but I just have to with this one sadly… I have never felt so unsanitary & unsatisfied with a vacation rental before… as soon as we entered our rental there was debris all over the black rug so it was very easy to tell it was not vacuumed or anything, & my one and a half year old was crawling on my the ground right when we got there and his hands and knees and legs that were dragging on the ground were actually BLACK. the floors felt very tacky and not clean at all…. The base boards are so so unclean… this rental has SO much potential if it would get a good DEEP clean!! I absolutely loved the location, the decor, everything about it but the lack of cleanliness ruined the whole trip especially with my baby being on the ground I did not feel comfortable at all…. I did get in touch with the rental company about getting someone out to clean the floors for me as soon as we got there but unfortunately nothing came from it.
