The condo and facility was great ! The staff was very helpful and went out of there way to help

Loved the floor plan and how roomy the condo was, the beds was awful. Every bed in the condo needs new mattress. I expected a lot more for the price we paid . The pool and beach access was great and with 4 elevators it made it easy to come up and down from room.

Sunrise Beach Resort - 703

Unit 703 had several issues. The chairs at the table and the bar were all worn and very dirty. The sofa had tears in the in the seat and it sunk in when sitting down. The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable. There were some other minor issues. The kitchen was fine and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing especially during the sunset. We made the front desk aware of the issues and that the pictures of the condo do not reflect the true issues with this unit. They were familiar with the issues in this unit but apparently the owner does not want to make updates. I sent them pictures of all the problems. Family members also stayed in another unit at this property and it did not have these issues. Unit 703 should not have been rented knowing about these issues especially at the price we payed.

I expected WAY better

The resort is perfectly located so you can easily walk to gift shops, convenient stores, and restaurants. The condo was spacious except for the very small room with twin beds as you walk in. It is a very tight space but it worked well with my 3 young kids. The view was really great. It was nice having 2 pools with one being heated and a splash pad and 2 spas. Beach access was nice and provides an area to place your shoes but we didn't use it. There were definitely some cons to this condo. First, the resort itself does have security and they actually do their job. If you go to the pool, you better have your pool bracelet because they come out and check like every 30 minutes. Also if you smoke, you have designated smoking areas. Second, the really small room with the twin beds, the mattresses are awful and need to be replaced. They are torn with stuffing coming out and are super flat. The bedroom somewhat across from the small room is nice in size but the mattress is very loud and the door does squeak. Also do not expect to sleep well if you are a light sleeper because that room is directly at roadside so the traffic is super loud and I swear it was like they came and emptied trash every few hours and it would wake us every time and the light outside the window for the walkway makes it a tad bright in the room at night but wasn't that big deal for us. The bathroom in the hallway area is decent but beside the toliet on the vanity, it's completely peeling and falling away. The kitchen cabinets have peeling of paint and the dish washer was really nasty. The bar stools are nasty and are torn. The living room area was nice but there are tears in the furniture and seals are coming off on the balcony door. Master bedroom was also roomy and had a lot of storage areas but some of the drawers for the dressers were broke and hard to open and the balcony was really hard to open and we only actually were able to open it just enough to walk out to the balcony. There is some water damage in the master above vanity and at the air vent. The tub has piece that kept falling off and it took forever to drain. Tv in master is broken. The LEDS are completely shot so you can only see lines and a white blob on the screen. The floors were nasty, bottoms of our feet were black after walking barefoot for 5 minutes. For the price we paid, I expected way better than we received. Won't be back to this condo.

Not happy at all

This room was dirty, the furniture was stained and torn, needs new mattresses, master sliding door was hard to shut, lack of cooking pots and Pans lack of food storage containers, without water in the master suite for 2 days had to shower in one shower with 6 people in our condo, very outdated this room needs a lot of updates, the balcony was absolutely FILTHY! overall rating of this room, WILL NOT STAY AGAIN IN ROOM 703.

Condo needs work.

Beautiful views., location perfect. The condo needs some TLC. The dehumidifier has to be emptied twice a day. No broom or vacuum. Furniture and walls need repair. Blinking light fixtures. When we arrived smoke detector was beeping constantly. Still had a great trip. We’ve stayed at Sunrise for 8 years. We will be back, in a different condo.

Great Condo

Very comfortable condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to elevator, pools and beach. Located close to Pier Park, restaurants and Walmart. Will definitely be returning.

It was a great location had a wonderful view of the beach. Our room could have used some rugs or something to try and help with the sand even after sweeping it felt like we had not swept. Overall my family and I had a great time.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation. The unit we stayed in needed some up keep done and some maintenance repairs. We would definitely stay again but in another unit. Also there were many things to do and places to eat close by.

Sunrise Beach - #703 - Panama City Beach, Florida

View was great. Space was very adequate with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 1 additional small room with 2 Bunk Beds (great for the kids). Full Kitchen and and Washer and Dryer. Great Balcony and a beautiful view of the Beach and the pool area of the Resort. No keys to fool with because of the code entrance lock. It could use a fresh coat of paint but that didn't get in the way of our stay at all. Very convenient to the elevators as well. We enjoyed our time at PCBeach!

I love Sunrise Beach Condominium. I stay here everytime I visit PCB. I dont think I will stay in 0703 again. It's not a bad condo but could use a little TLC. I've stayed in much nicer ones.
