Super Spacious and Beautiful View!

Loved this condo for our family! Huge balcony with a great view of the ocean! Condo had lots of room and comfortable beds.

This place is beautiful. So bright and clean. And the balcony was amazing. Enjoyed starting the day and winding down at night out on it. is We enjoyed every minute of being there.

Perfect Christmas Holiday!

We enjoyed our stay at Watercrest #902. Both bedrooms were large & roomy; we really liked the open floor plan in the kitchen/dining area/living room. Furnishings were nice; kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view was spectacular! Highly recommend!

Watercrest was fantastic. First time at this condo. Cort was very attentive to our needs. Great to have a manager on property.

Beautiful, Comfortable and well taken care of

Quiet and peaceful property with a lot of privacy. Whole condo is spacious, including the balcony, which is huge! Nice, comfortable furniture throughout and everything was in perfect working order. You can tell the property is well cared for. The bed linens could use an update but aside from than that minor detail the condo was pretty well perfect!

The unit / condo itself was FANTASTIC...no issues at all there. It was clean, well appointed and extremely nice. Its time for the master room mattress to be replaced however. That was lumpy and had some deep low spots so I flipped it around and it was slight better. But it needs to be replaced. The facilities around the unit...need serious attention. The jacuzzi was low the entire time, the pool was nice but I will cover that later. Access to the beach was great and then the elevators. Well...lets say that one broke a few times and trapped people inside. They fix it enough and then after a few trips, trapped more people. So on Saturday when there is a heavy check in and a lot of "families" arriving....wait times for the remaining elevator were in excess of 20-30 min. As far as a family retreat...this place is everything you need for a family but for an adult getaway...its seriously lacking. The whole area is specific to families with cheap trinket shops, family dinner deals and what you will find is that the Watercrest pool is full of teens and not a relaxing experience at all. The jacuzzi is the same. No one did anything wrong, it was just loud, packed and kids EVERYWHERE> . As stated, if you are bringing the family..I assume its exactly what you want but for a couples retreat...go west to Destin instead. Would I rent at Watercrest again...yes. The room was again, fantastic. The location was not.

property was very quiet and peaceful. We had everything that we needed in the condo. I would stay here again and would recommend staying her to anyone looking for a condo away from the noise and traffic of front beach road.

Great Beach Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at WaterCrest! The condo is at the quieter end of PCB and had fantastic veiws and amenities. Cort was a wonderful host, he greeted us and check in and check out and made our stay very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back to WaterCrest!

Great space,lovely ocean view condo

Cort was awesome. Property was super nice and easy. Great heated pool and hot tub. Master bedroom was awesome with private entrance to patio. Gulf view awesome. Sunrise and sunset. WOW. NICE kitchen with everything imaginable. Will definitely stay again. Owners seems to be updating and improving which is great. It is really a great location and super nice property.

Perfect property

The condo was perfect in every way. Very modern and comfortable interior. The deck on the patio had a fantastic view and sound of the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub as well. Kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to cook. Check in was a breeze and we were given a lot of recommendations of palces to eat and things to do in the area.

Very comfortable and fantastic view!!

Absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed. The ocean view was awesome and Cort was very helpful at checkin. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to PCB!!!! Lovely three week stay!
