Nice little getaway spot. 2 blocks to beach.
Very cute renovation. Perfect for me and husband for a week. Only one full bath so probably not great for 2 couples. Nice covered patio and privacy fencing. Only 2 complaints would be it smelled musty and needs a K-cup for coffee instead of old school.

Enjoyed the property and location. Cottage was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed relaxing on the back patio. The grill was brand new so we where the first ones to use it. Would come here again.

inside of house is very nice,the construction is a apartment complex they work 6 days a week from 7am to 5pm very loud. the grill on the back patio needs to be trashed, the location is great close to everything i would give it 4 stars

Wonderful Property
I have to say, I thought this place was going to be tiny from the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's a full house, not just a cottage like I thought. It was so clean and welcoming, and the location can't be beat. It was about a 4 minute walk to the beach, with an access directly across from us. We enjoyed pre-dinner evenings out on the covered back porch, which was completely private. When we had some trouble with the wifi at first, the rental company responded very quickly. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Location to the beach and value are great!!
Very cute and super clean. The outdoor space is huge with an additional restroom and outdoor shower. Very well done interior. Looks brand new. Amazing value and location. Its walking distance to shopping, dining, beach. We will be renting there again when in the area. Highly recommended!!
