Great location, communication

The condo is just as promised. Debby was very communicative and helpful. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and found this unit to be better supplied and more comfortable than most. The unit is right on the beach and convenient to PCB. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in PCB

This property was as advertised. Very clean and nicely decorated with all the beach amenities needed for a great vacation. Edgewater is also a great location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Cozy Condo on Sandy Shores

My friends and I rented this condo for a girls trip and it couldn’t have been better. The condo is in a great location right on the beach! The security measures made us feel safe and the owner made us feel right at home. We hope to stay there again next year!

Long Over Due Vacation!

Too short of stay

What can I say, this is one of the nicest VRBO condos we have stayed in, would have liked to stay longer. Very clean and well kept, great views and location. Had questions when we first got there and Deb responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best

We have stayed at several different properties at Edgewater and this is one of the best. It was clean and well stocked. Owner was responsive and wonderful to work with. AC and appliances worked well. Great sunset views.

Wonderful January getaway

Edgewater never disappoints. Seaside Sanctuary was the perfect spot for us to go for a post holiday vacation. It was beautiful, clean, safe and had everything that we needed. We came in the perfect time in January and were able to use all of the beach toys and chairs that are provided. We can’t wait to come back to Seaside Sanctuary in the fall.

What A View!!!

Lovely condo with a fabulous view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows. We had a wonderful relaxed stay and enjoyed all of the amenities the resort has to offer. Owner Deb was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely condo.

Absolutely Wonderful! My new favorite place!

We’ve stayed at tons of different properties throughout PCB over the years and this one was my absolute favorite to date! Super clean, great location, wonderful layout. The host was amazingly communicative and checked in throughout our stay. Unlike some other places, Deb thought of so many small details and had provided so many extras beyond just the condo that I was blown away! HIGHLY recommend!!! You won’t regret it!

Great PCB getaway!

This condo was one of my very favorite I’ve ever stayed in and will 100% stay there again if and when we come back to PCB. My family and I had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the great view the floor to ceiling windows give you! Deb was great with quick communication on any questions and/or concerns. The resort offers tons of things that make it were you don’t even have to leave. The Deb and condo also provided above and beyond everything you would need to have a great vacay down to having coffee there for ya! ❤️🌊🌴☀️

Fabulous Time with Family

Our family had a wonderful time here. The condo has all that you need for a comfortable stay and is the perfect size. The living dining area is roomy and has an amazing view. We enjoyed the morning and evening views of the ocean. The condo is convenient to many restaurants and fun activities. If you need anything, Deby responds quickly. She is wonderful to work with and always so sweet. She keeps you updated on your trip and wants you to be sure you have the best time. We would definitely recommend this to others and will be back. A perfect vacation!

This property was just like the pictures listed. It’s probably the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed at and we have traveled a lot. Debby was so sweet and helpful. She was fast on responding back to any questions you have. We had 3 kids with us ages 3-7, they loved the pools. There was a closet with anything you could need for a day at the beach. The resort is fun and active, every night there was something for the kids to do. The location was perfect, shopping straight across the street, Walmart and Publix just a few blocks away and restaurants just right down the road. The parking lot was secured so it made me feel safe with the kids. We loved how the pools did not close untill late so it gave us time to go eat then come back for a night swim. We will definitely be back! And I will only book with Mrs Debby!!! 🌊☀️

Amazing Location and Views

The condo was absolutely perfect! The views are stunning and condo is so cozy. The property has the best amenities and gorgeous pools. It felt like we were in exotic destination, small piece of paradise in FL. Deb, is an amazing host and has decorated the condo beautifully. Fully stocked so you don’t have to leave your paradise. Sunsets views are spectacular from the balcony or on the beach.

An Amazing Stay!

My teenage son and I, along with two of his friends, had a great week at your property. This was our first spring break in several years where we deviated from our normal spot and I’m glad we did. The resort had everything we needed with the pools and beach access along with an on-site restaurant and a little shop. Unfortunately, the tiki bar was closed all week, so I didn’t get to enjoy that, but that was no big loss.The condo is very well appointed and extremely clean. Plenty of towels and starter kits of soap and shampoo to get you through a few days. Also, plenty of kitchen items if you want to make your own meals, which we took advantage of a couple times. The beach, chairs and toys were a great touch as well.The owner was very accessible with any questions that we had. If I have the opportunity to come back to Panama City Beach, I will definitely try to book this property again. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Best VRBO ever!!!

Our stay was incredible!! The condo was gorgeous and had every amenity you could possibly want or need! Deb thought of everything from plenty of dishes to coffee to a beach umbrella and all things in between. Deb was such a fantastic host and communicated with me the entire process. We will definitely stay there again!! The location was perfect! The amenities on the property were awesome between the pools, hot tubs, the restaurant, activities, everything was there!! It truly felt like a home away from home and it was so hard leaving our last morning. Thank you Deb for an incredible place to get away from the hustle and bustle and be able to relax!!
