We have been staying in this complex for many years and still love it. Great proximity to everything. The 22nd floor had great view from the large balcony. The furniture was just okay and stands to be replaced but only a small portion of our stay was on the sofa. I would rent this unit again.

I was very happy with this condo! It had enough room for us and had everything we needed. We loved the location and we really loved how well the elevators worked the beach was not overly crowded and the pools were great! Will for sure be staying here again!

Cozy Condo!!

This condo was perfect for us! Everything you need is there. Fantastic view of the ocean! Location was great! My granddaughter really enjoyed the heated indoor pool/ sauna/ outdoor pool and the beach! Beds are comfortable! We will definitely book again!!

Great vacation destination!

There was adequate space for our needs. The only negatives were spotty cable TV and the lack of kitchen supplies. Overall, this unit met our needs during our 2 week stay.

The place was BEAUTIFUL,everything was nice and clean . The Check In process was great,and so was the check out. We took care of the place,and left it the way we found it.Our family had a blast.We will definitely stay here if we come back to Panama City Beach.

Could be better

We stayed a week and the second day we had issues with the neighbor calling in on us and having us threatened to be evicted but come to find out the security guard was new and everything that was said was perfectly fine and that we shouldn’t have been threatened. The room could use some updating but overall nice. Just the staff at the resort could be way better.

It's a beautiful location, nice pools and hot tubs easy beach access and parking the room itself was a little iffy. A few dirty things roomwise that were upsetting but had full appliances, plenty of pillows, balcony furniture

We loved it here!

This is a great place to stay, the gulf views are amazing, and the room has everything you need for your stay! I will say that the room could use some modernizing as far as the TV situation(it’s analog), but we have NO complaints and that definitely didn’t take away from the amazing quality of the room! We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again in the coming years. Our time was far too short here!! Wish we were still there, lol!

In town for softball

Great location!! Five to eight minutes to Frank Brown Park. Beach wasn't crowded with plenty to do nearby in regards to stores, and restaurants. Furniture is dated but fairly comfortable. Cable needs upgrade to HD channels but used my Firestick instead. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Needs improvement

Smells odd first thing I noticed, cheap and very tattered decor and furnishings. Balcony was the best part, the kicker was the dry cleaning fee for a blanket. Extremely disappointed.
