Beautiful location!

My family had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our family size (18 people) with plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach access wasn't too long and there was so many carts, chairs and umbrellas for us to use! The pool was cloudy on the first day but the pool guys came out and cleared it up in no time!! Communicating with the property management was very simple and they responded in good time to any issues/questions we had. Highly recommend this house for families with all ages!!

What a great week celebrating our 50th Anniversary

Our family loved this home, 17 of us all ages from 70’s down to 1. There was space, easy access to beach and a pool to enjoy. This is definitely the best stocked rental home we have been in from the kitchen, beach gear, pool toys and bikes. We loved that it is tucked away on a private road away from the busyness of 30A. Would not hesitate to return for another wonderful week on the beach.

Beautiful and spacious

8 adults and 8 kids spent a week in this lovely house making memories and we had a wonderful time. There are so many well thought out additions: ice maker in the garage, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, ample room for games, relaxing, and plenty of laughs. We loved it!

Everything about this vacation property added to the fun week our family experienced. Check in was smooth. The property was clean inside and out. Some of the things that stood out, compared to other vacation properties we have rented, were: an abundance of beach related items - towels, chairs, toys, etc.; kitchen was more than adequately equipped for a large group; plenty of bicycles. Walk to the beach was short. Retail stores, restaurants & bars were an easy walk, less than a mile away. And when we had a minor maintenance issue it was taken care of very quickly. All in all, we had a wonderful week of vacation.

This was our second year staying at this property. It is a great size for our extended family and has everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable, everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of what you would want to have at the pool and beach, a short walk to an uncrowded beach. We are planning on flying instead of driving next year because this house has everything. Kathy and Dirk are great hosts!

Simply Perfect.

This house/property met all of our standards...and then some! Not only was it well appointed (as advertised) but there was plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy. What an amazing place for family and friends!

We had a small wedding weekend here with family and friends, and the property could not have been more perfect. I’ve never been to a rental property that was so well stocked with anything someone could need for recreation, cooking, and everything else. We would all sit on the porches with coffee in the morning, looking out over the water and talking and laughing. The walk to the gorgeous beach is just a few minutes. We can’t wait to go back again!

This house is amazing! All 15 of us were very comfortable and it is incredibly well stocked. We had never seen a house accommodate kids and babies so well! Close to the beach and a beautiful pool at the house- perfect combination! We took full advantage of the multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and washer/dryer sets. The kids loved the game rooms as well. We had a great week staying here!

Perfect vacation home

We highly recommend this house for your next vacation to the beach. It had everything you could need. The location was quiet. The kitchen fully stocked with food preparation equipment and dishes. A tv for everyone. Very comfortable beds for everyone. Lots of games to play and equipment to use. And to top it off very clean. We had one lock problem on the door and the caretaker arrived promptly and fixed it. A very nice house for our family to enjoy.

Perfect for Large Groups even if it rains!

Our group of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids ages 5-11) had a fantastic time at Kathy’s home even despite some rainy days! There is plenty of space, tons of board games to play, everything in the rec rooms were as pictured, and lots of pool toys that kept us all entertained! The house is very well stocked with dishes, storage containers, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, spices, etc in the kitchen. Beach gear was plentiful with tons of chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc. Kathy was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We would be thrilled to stay at this amazing spot again!

Family Vacation

It started as a family vacation including my 86 yr old Dad. My husband and I renewed our vows (44+ plus yrs) on the beach and found out we are going to be grandparents again. An eventful week. The house fit our needs perfectly. Was well stocked and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was used daily. The area was perfect. Beach access was close by but since the dunes are so high in this area, anyone with knee issues may have an issue. Lots of stairs. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It was the best FAMILY vacation. I've never seen a kitchen so well stocked. There's plenty of pots/pans, blenders, crock pots, etc.. Everything was as described. We all had a hard time leaving! Loved the location. Thanks Kathy for helping me with our 25th renewal on the beach. It was perfect!! The owners actually checked in with me to make sure things were adequate. Kemp was very quick to come and attend to 1 concern. Lots of memories made this week.

Great stay

This was a great property! Others have posted this, but it truly was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Our family of 16 had more than enough space. We loved the pool area, and the kids were in the pool every day. Kathy was very responsive to my questions and was great to work with. We took advantage of the board games, puzzles, pool table and ping pong tables, which all provided us a lot of laughs and entertainment!! The beach is just a short walk away and was never crowded. I also loved the house is on the south side of 30A so we didn’t have to try and cross the road to get to anything. The house is also a 15 minute walk to the Big Chill. I would definitely recommend this property and we will be back!

King Vacation Home

We are a family of 18, parents, 5 kids, 3 spouses and 8 grandchildren. The house was more than perfect. Each family had their own king room and bath. The older grands enjoyed the queen bunk beds with their cousins. We cooked meals and what we forgot to bring was already there for us to use. We have never found a house so stocked. We have 3 grands under 2 and gates on stairs was much appreciated along with other baby products available. The beach towels, wagons, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach were a bonus. Loved using the bikes. Thank you for the wonderful week!!!

Best place ever

We had a wonderful stay at Seacrest. We loved everything about this rental; the proximity to the beach, the pool, how clean it was, how well appointed the furnishings. It had everything we needed and then some. Our group included grandchildren (13 years to 9 months). The security gates were a nice touch. The home appeared to have no roof/window water leaks thus no discernible mold or mildew. (You may be surprised but two of our rentals recently had toxic mold issues!) Your manager was responsive and the pool issues were resolved quickly. ALL appliances actually worked!! Plenty of pool and beach stuff for everyone to use. This home has plenty of room for a large family. Finally, more than half of our multiple family trips to this area had homes with furniture slip covers that, frankly, were so stained (and gross) that it felt like Motel 6.Your management apparently do wash furniture covers regularly….thank you. We look forward to a return trip to your home.

Wonderful Reunion Setting

Seek Rest by the Sea is a beautiful home, generously furnished with every supply and amenity we could want. My wife and I, four adult children and their kids (three generations) totaled 18. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. This was our first reunion of my entire family in 4 years, and we couldn't ask for a better setting. None of us had ever been to this area before. Kids loved the bunk rooms and the big upstairs rec room. Rosemary Beach is a 4-minute walk. The sands are beautifully white and soft. During Thanksgiving week the weather was mostly good (60s-70s, not much rain), and there were few people on the beach, so we could have it all to ourselves! We used the bikes, beach chairs, and toys. And the POOL, which we asked to be heated, got more use than I expected. The children used it every day, and some adults did too. Even when the temps were in the 50s or 60s, it felt great in the pool. We loved the peaceful vibe of the town. Later, my wife and I went to Destin, which has its appeal too, but it's much more commercial and noisy than Rosemary Beach. Since our goal was quality family time, rather than outings, we stayed at the house and beach, ventured out only to get food and ride bikes. The kitchen and laundry facilities are ample and served our family well. There were a few maintenance items that we dealt with, and our hosts and their staff were prompt to respond to all our questions and requests. We'd be happy to return someday!

Spacious Home with an easy walk to the beach

My 4 adult children (plus three of their spouses) and 6 grandchildren (2 mo, 9 mo, 1 yr, 3 yr, 6 yr and 8 yr old) and myself enjoyed a lovely stay. July 2024. There was enough space to all eat together and hang out in the large community areas of the house yet there were places to branch out both inside and out. The swimming pool was clean and well kept up. At least 25 beach towels for use! Pool and beach toys galore! We truly overpacked as this home had an overwhelming amount of items for small children ( two cribs, pack and plays, lifejackets) , There were Foosball, ping pong , air hockey and a billiard table that would have been even more of a blessing if we had bad a weather day . We are foodies and do a lot of cooking- goodness! ...every appliance imaginable! Instant pot, blenders, toaster oven, to name a few. large pots, all types of utensils. Huge 6 burner stove- two dishwashers two washer /dryers Abundant table service - we even found a huge number of screwers to make shrimp kabobs on the awesome grill! The bedrooms were spacious. Two bedrooms had QUEEN bunk beds! Imagine that! The walk to the beach access was 3-7 minutes depending on if the one and three year old wanted to walk themselves! Once at the access point. There was a 16 stair climb up steps and then 30 steps down over the dunes to the beach area. We used Yeti backpack coolers to carry water and snacks to the beach (recommend!) and rented beach set ups thru VayCayZen to have umbrellas and chairs
