Our favorite place!

We love staying in this condo every year! Our family trip every year is great due to this place. Beds are completely perfect, staff is very helpful and security on premises all make this a perfect family vacation!!

Comfortable and Great Location

The condo was clean and comfortable. Even though there was only 2 of us it could comfortably accommodate 2, maybe even 3 families. The balcony provided a beautiful view. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends trip

Great weather, great stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only wished refrigerator had ice maker or at least ice trays.. we did go out and purchased a few( which we left for the next renters). I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Close to beach. Good balcony views. Tiny tiny washer and dryer. Very Limited pots and pans.

Amazing Views

Our group had an amazing time in Panama City Beach because of this condo and the complex! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for better views. It was convenient to rent chairs directly in front of the condo. Security made sure that only authorized visitors could access the pool. We would definitely return!

Nice condo

Layout of the rooms was great. Plenty of room. The TVs are old and out dated. Water and ice in fridge door was nice. Overall an older condo but still nice.

Watercrest 1004 “Neptune’s Reef”

Renting this unit was very easy through VRBO and communication was excellent. Property was as it was described however I recommend owner have a plumber come and clean out drains as they all were very slow to drain. Mattresses in both master suites were very uncomfortable and owners should look at replacing. Overall our experience was great!

Good stay

The views were absolutely stunning and having two master on the ocean front is awesome!! A few things could’ve been better(broom - no dustpan, master bedroom tv has no hdmi inputs, had to call for housekeeping as both master beds were sandy but they were there within an hour and super nice.) Beyond the view the next best thing was the beds- everyone single one of us loved how well we all slept. Tons of towels were available! We had perfect weather. Loved that we were beach front but farther down Thomas Dr so it wasn’t anywhere near as busy. Quick elevators too!!

PCB Girls Trip 2022

Condo layout and location was great. Condo could use some touch up painting in areas. Bathroom door in master bedroom needs to be replaced. There was also a sewer smell at times coming up through bathroom and kitchen sinks. Overall, nice place to stay on quieter end of the beach.

Met expectations

The view from the balcony was amazing! Very clean complex. This condo looks as pictured on line. Only complaint is the wi-fi connection. Informed they will be going with a new provider in January 2023.

Maintenance

The fridge leaked water. So no ice or water from it the whole week. Had to buy ice. The dryer’s lint trap was broken and seemed unsafe to use. The call button on the elevator was broken on our floor.

Nice location but the room and facilities were just ok.

Owners and rental office were great to work with. We’re able to check in early but room was not clean. All glass tops on furniture had sand on them. Under all furniture there was dirt and sand. None of the glass windows and mirrors had been washed and were full of finger prints. Clogged bathroom sink and toilet. Rental office fixed it all rather quickly. None of the tvs worked as all cables were unplugged etc. Bathroom door in one of the masters needs replaced. Fridge water and ice dispenser did not work. Tiki hut was a joke. Don’t eat there. Most likely wont return to this place in general. Other than the quiet location on the beach, not much to brag about. Hate to leave such a review but need to be honest. For future renters.

Great for families

We were 2 families of 4. Kids slept in the bunk room which was perfect! TVs were a bit dated, had cable, but we brought fire sticks and a ps4 for the living room tv. Beds were comfy (top bunk only holds 100lbs tho!!) and kitchen was stocked. Pretty spacious overall, even had room for a couple of bikes in the closets. Location was great, about 7mi to pier park, away from the hustle and bustle of PCB. Just a mile or 2 from St Andrews Park which is a nice state park with calm water beaches, good snorkling, and ferry rides to shell island.

Best Condo Ever

We stayed three nights. We were alerted that our condo was ready for us two hours before listed check in time. We had three cars and due to only two spaces available at the condo the property management told us we could park one car at their office . How kind is that. The spacious condo was perfect for three couples and two small children. The view was amazing. There was everything we needed supplied for us and every worker we encountered was so kind. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, we plan to book here every year!!!
