Great property and experience!

Unit was perfect for the family with a great location in Tower 1 to either take the elevator or stairs when elevators were busy. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful condo

We chose to return to the same exact condo this year for our annual gathering because we enjoyed it so much last year. Great location, view, proximity to restaurants and shopping - and far enough away from the stand-still traffic of Pier Park.

Beautiful room

The room was beautiful…we have stayed at many rooms at Edgewater and this was by far the most beautiful & comfortable room. 3 king beds was heaven! It was clean, the master bed was comfortable but one of the others was very lumpy. The master BR stayed warmer than rest of the condo but I believe it’s due to its size and having the sliding door to the balcony. Great stay tho and would book again!

All items listed were in condo. All in great condition. Balcony view is awesome. Everything was spotless except the floors could use a good steam clean.

Great location & beautiful condo

The condo exceeded my expectations. Beautiful furnishings, everything in working condition and a fantastic location-away from the Pier Park traffic and close to amazing restaurants. Loved our stay here and would love to return!

Great vacation

Pros-The view was amazing!! Condo was very spacious. Pool was fantastic. It was very easy checking in and out. Cons- One bathroom didn't have toilet paper. The ceiling tiles were falling in. Light in shower flickered. There was hair and dirt/ sand in the showers. Child hand prints all over the mirror wall in living room. Table on patio was missing leg. Chairs in kitchen were ripped. Stove was dirty and floors were sticky with stuff spilled on them. Construction going on above our bed early in the morning, woke up infant every morning. Overall it was a great stay. Only minor things that could be fixed/updated. Definitely will be renting again in the future!!

Leaking ceiling

One of the bedrooms had a leak in the ceiling from the a/c unit. The master bathroom shower hot/cold water knob was broken off. All you get is piping hot water. One bathrooms toilet lid was not even mounted to the seat. Only had 7 of the 10 bands for the pool. Overall very overpriced for what you get. All that they discounted me a whopping $100. Do not recommend staying at this resort.

Extremely unhappy

When we arrived to check in at our condo was not ready we had to stand outside with all our luggage and children for 45 mins while the people continued to clean. The first night we stayed the main bathroom you were unable to use the shower/tub due to the fact it only ran on cold. Every day they would send someone out and every day they would tell us we are ordering a part. Day three they took the faucet off the main bathroom and placed it into the master so now this shower only ran on scalding hot. We were then down another shower yet again! This place has the worst property management! I will say the lady i spoke To daily was extremely nice and tried to be helpful! The condo was extremely nice but i would Not recommend staying in this condo again if the same property management ran it! We were never offered anything more than i am Sorry! Extremely disappointed that we had to bathe an infant and toddler in a kitchen sink for 4 days due to poor property management!! Hopefully this makes it back to the owners and no one has to come into such a nice well kept condo until all bathrooms are up and functioning!!!
