Wonderful property

My husband and I came with my parents and 4 kids, the property was gorgeous with a great location. We loved the tiki bar and the prices were very reasonable!! This specific condo was very clean and we really liked it. We plan on staying here again.

Beautiful condo!!!

Pros: location is perfect for families. Close to Saint Andrews state park, restaurants, and other fun. Condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities necessary. View was amazing. Cons: front desk at building had an attitude, was not welcoming at all. Called the condo owners though and they were super sweet. Elevator was not adequate for the amount of rooms in the complex- was often completely full and had to wait multiple time to be able to fit our family. Trick was to ride up even if you were wanting to go down- otherwise it would be full by the time it got back to you.

Great Vacation, Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing. The condo was really nice. Pictures are accurate. Our only issues were that the AC is preset/programmed by the owner so you can't adjust it. Totally get that this is to help with utility rates but our first day it climbed to 78 and remained at 76 throughout the night. You can't have the windows or doors open continously to allow for a breeze so it was toasty. Later in the week it hovered around 67/68 which was a bit chilly at night after all day in the sun. Walking around on the floor the first night we had to wash our feet before getting into bed because our feet were black. We'd not been there long enough to track that much in and we just made it a nightly routine to wipe our feet off before sticking them in bed (even after showers). These were minor things for us. The beds were comfortable, we had the kitchen supplies we needed and everything was sufficient. I would recommend bringing your own can opener if you plan to cook. The property is a bit outdated but the location and amenities were really nice. The beach wasn't overly crowded either like other sections down from here. We recommend Schooners and Dat Cajun Place to eat! Fantastic! Bikini Bob's by the pool makes great cocktails and snacks while being pool or oceanside. Would stay here again for sure!

26th Girls Trip!

This is our 4th time staying at RT and once again it was perfect! We love everything about this place! The location is awesome and away from all the craziness of Front Beach Rd! First time to PCB

Location was excellent! Condo could've been a bit cleaner. Livingroom rug was very dirty, and pull out sofa bed was covered in cookie crumbs, so my son had to put sheets on the sofa to sleep. I disinfected a lot! Counters seemed film covered. Besides that, everything else was fine. We had a great time!

Beautiful view

The condo itself was as described and the views amazing. However (at the time we rented) this building felt more like a spring break party hotel atmosphere than an owner occupied building. Lots of noises and parties going on. The elevators were slow or not working and parking an issue. If in search or party atmosphere this works if in search of some piece and quiet, try somewhere else.
