Beautiful home, beautiful neighbor!

Loved the house, we had 4 teens with us, they enjoyed the pool (as we all did)! The house is comfortable. Descent restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Great House and Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Dreams! We stayed with another family, had 4 kids under 4, and had plenty of room. The house was kid friendly, but note that one of the bunk rooms was pretty high and probably better for older kids. The house was in a perfect location to the community pool, beach, and town center! We had some issues with the fire alarm/front alarm, but property management was great at communicating and coming over in a timely manner to fix. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday Celebration

I rented this beautiful home for ten days to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends. This was my first time visiting 30A and Seacrest and I absolutely loved it. Sadly, our stay was cut short (only got four days in) before we had to leave due to Hurricane Helene. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was amazing! Loved the tram access to the amazing lagoon pool, beach, and shopping. We will definitely be back, and will book this house again!

Amazing HOME away from HOME

This property was AWESOME! We come every summer to the same neighborhood and love trying new houses !It was so nice to be provided bikes when we arrived. That saved us a lot of money . The nature trail was just behind us and just a bike ride away from all the entertainment. The house was clean and the property manager responded immediately with the few questions we had! We will return !

Family vacation

Traveled with 5 adults and two children under 2. Plenty of room. Loved that they provided so much storage containers as we cooked all of our meals and were able to store our leftovers. It was very convenient to get to the pool and beach. We were all able to exercise by either running, walking or riding the provided bikes. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again

Great house for families. The pool area was great for younger children. Walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. The tram was also very helpful. Beach access was hard. Lots of people in a small area, but public beach access about 1 mile away.

Home was very family friendly. Nice location, walking distance to everything. The only complaint we had, was the forward downstairs bedroom “bed” was horrible and needs replacing!! I suggest a Costco queen mattress. Otherwise we had a great time

We loved the house & property. Everything was very organized & clean. Our only problem was no beach chairs at the pool& & no room at the beach. It was overcrowded & had to rent expensive chairs to sit down.

A few minor issues like water was clogged in mater bedroom upstairs than cause it to leak into downstairs bedroom, you can see tile like it was worked on already, but that happened day 4. Called maintenance and they were great. Very nice and fast to come look. Other than that, house was great.

Beautiful home as pictured! Need to service first floor master bedroom air conditioner. It seems it only works with movement which does not happen when sleeping. Not good! Seacrest check in at 6:00 pm is unreasonable! Although I received an early check in as requested but was not in area due to 6:00 or after posted check in.
