Make yourself at home in Sandy Shell Flat! This two bedroom, two bathroom unit is in a prime location across from a guest favorite, the Splash Pad and neighboring St. Augustine Green. First floor placement adds to the appeal.

Sandy Shell is the perfect spot to relax. Sit back in an Adirondack chair on the patio or meander through the community on the flat's two complimentary adult bikes. Enjoy family movie night on the spacious living room sectional after a long day at the beach and pools.

Your whole family with find comfort in the well-appointed bedrooms with sleeping space for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom with king bed enjoys an en suite bath with walk-in shower and dual shower heads. The guest bedroom's seersucker patterned queen bed and built-in bunk punch up the fun in this family suite.

A fully-equipped kitchen services the bar and dining room seating. Pack a picnic to enjoy on the St. Augustine Green on a laid-back summer afternoon.

Perfect location for wedding and reception at the St Augustine green. Easy walk to town for dining and shopping. Easy bike ride to the beach. Beds and pillows comfortable and kitchen supplied with everything we needed.

Loved how clean this place was. My only critiques would be that the patio door handle was broken and the ice maker did not work. Check in was also a bit old school for someone who is use to keyless entry. Location was great. Very charming and most importantly it seemed quite clean which is huge for me!

Cute condo close to everything

Cute condo walking distance to everything in Rosemary. Worked great for our family of 4. We did have issues with the keys and code working at first. The only other complaint is the hot water runs out very fast! You have to take quick showers and wait for the tank to heat back up if you have multiple people needing showers. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Cutest 2 bedroom condo!

My husband and I stayed here with our 20 month old for 2 nights. The condo is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and comfortable. It’s the perfect size for a small family. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re in Rosemary!
