Great location close to beach and pool….. Kids loved the ping pong table…. Elevator was helpful for older adults…… Rode bikes to rosemary for ice cream….. Very clean and comfortable beds….. Will return again

We felt so comfortable in the house. They had everything you could ever want in a rental!

From the fully stocked kitchen with every appliance and took to the baby and adult books provided. It was spacious and quiet and so comfortable!

Beach Therapy fitting name!

Outstanding location, privacy of beach exceptional compared to nearby mobs, pool was refreshing and clean. Upgrades to kitchen and all the many cold storage drawers were so nice! We absolutely loved our family trip from Texas to this amazing property.

Stellar beach house!

Our family and friends really enjoyed this luxurious stellar beach house! Loved swimming in the heated pool! And was so nice to have bicycles there for us to ride ! And the beach was private with minimal people on it ! We would definitely rent this property again!

Beach Therapy on Inlet Beach

Our 4 families loved our Inlet Beach experience. Our first time on Inlet Beach was excellent due to the primo location/high end finishes of the house and the privacy of the beach. While the house is a second row home, it really felt as though we were first row as our view of the pool and ocean was first rate. The owners/neighbors were very friendly as well. We hope to come back very soon!

Fantastic Rental!

The location was perfect, the house was stunning, clean, and very comfortable. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The kitchen was equipped better than any rental we've ever had, as well as the starter supplies. We had to contact 30A Rentals a couple of times for small things upon our arrival that were resolved very quickly! The staff was very helpful. We can't wait to come back again!

Keeps getting better!!

Our stay at Beach therapy was amazing!! Short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. LOVED having our own private beach. Wasn’t crowded at all. Jake’s beach service was the bomb for chair and umbrella setup. Just text the morning of, and set up was there! Beach therapy has everything you needed to cook and live a week away from home. I would highly recommend!

Great house, poor management company

We loved this house and the location. The home was beautifully appointed and comfortable for 9 guests. However, we had a major bee problem on the main deck of the house and several family members were stung (including a small child - four times). It took the management company a day and a half to get back to us to address the problem and then just sent someone out with a can of Raid in hopes that would fix the problem. The deck was a main selling point of the home and the management company did not offer any discounts or other compensation for the fact that part of the home was not able to be used during our stay. The home is lovely and I'm sure the owners are also lovely. However, they have a poor management company.

Family Respite

The interior of the home was very nice. It could have been cleaner, in the corners and the furniture could have been vacuumed. The exterior was ok. I would scrap the tennis table— looked junky.The neighborhood leading to the home, left a lot to be desired. For the price paid I expected perfection and it wasn’t. Sorry

Great house, but don’t pack beach towels

We had a wonderful stay, and were pleasantly surprised to find a pile of beach towels at the house after the online description clearly stated NO BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED. However, with our 5 kids flying and driving from all over and already having to pack for everything “Christmas”, it just would have been nice to know that beach towels actually WERE provided. There were also several child safety gates as well as a pack-n-play at the house that would have been nice to know about for packing purposes. We also had an issue with the heat, but management was quick to send a technician out that same day to fix the problem.

Beautiful and best

This is our second stay at Beach Therapy, and we love it! Our young children and their cousins loved the bunk room for playtime and slumber parties. All the parents loved the quick access to the pool (right downstairs) and beach, including a convenient bathroom in the ground floor portico. (And the balcony overlooks the pool, another plus.) It was great for our extended family with lots of kids, but I'd love to come back for an adults-only trip. The rooms and bathrooms are gorgeously decorated--it truly feels like a luxury retreat. I need a shower like that in my home! The kitchen is beautifully equipped (blender, knives, serving trays, coffee pot, measuring cups) and fun to cook in. Inlet Beach is a quiet natural beauty, with restaurants and fun in biking distance. The beach does not get any more beautiful than these white sands and gorgeous waves. We spent the evenings on the balconies enjoying a cocktail and watching the sunset over the ocean and pool. Can't wait to be back! Thank you for a great stay with everything we needed!

Beautiful property but...

We were informed while traveling to this property that there was an issue with the refrigerator not working but they had put in a loaner until it could be fixed. We assumed it would be taken care of the next day, but when no one came I texted the property manager and was informed that it would not be fixed until sometime after our stay was over. The loaner was ok, but much smaller and we had 10 people including 2 babies, so we needed the big frig! Also, the vacuum did not work and there was a ton of construction going on all around us which really made it hard navigating the narrow streets. The last straw was when one of the smoke detectors started chirping in the wee hours and had to be disabled! Seems like that should be on a checklist for the property manager so it doesn’t happen again. I’m sorry if this sounds whiny, but as expensive as this house was I expected everything to be working perfectly! It is a beautiful home and Rosemary beach is a favorite area for our family.

Beach Therapy was Great!

The house worked out great. The views from the house were good. Easy access to the pool and beach. Having the private beach section is really nice, much less crowded than the rest of the beach.
