Beach Therapy may be the only therapy you'll need this year. The only thing separating you from the beach is the pool, and you can enjoy gorgeous views of both from every level of this professionally decorated home. You'll enjoy comfort and convenience the moment you arrive with a covered carport and elevator for unloading luggage. Accommodating up to 14 people, this spacious home offers 5 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Designer touches are used throughout, from Carrera marble kitchen and bathrooms to custom wallpaper and window treatments. The luxury kitchen is ready for a crowd with a large Thermador refrigerator, double ovens and a six-burner stove with griddle should the morning call for pancakes. After a long beach day, you can still enjoy the sound of waves crashing by lounging on one of the three large balconies. The fourth-floor bunk room also offers the perfect place to unwind with a spacious seating area and large TV, game table, wine fridge, and bar sink. When it's time to sleep, enjoy blackout drapes in every room and “Euro plush” mattresses with custom duvets and pillows. Camera surveillance devices are located outside the parking area. These are the only cameras on the property and are used for security purposes.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it's easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.

Parking
There are only 3 designated parking spaces available with this home. The HOA is very strict about the parking policy and vehicles in violation are subject to be towed at the owner's expense. Overflow parking for more than 3 vehicles is not available anywhere near the home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
