There is plenty to do, see, and eat in the extra special community of the Village of South Walton and along the iconic and scenic highway 30A! Our space is professionally decorated with coastal decor that includes a roomy sectional, king beds in both the master and second bedrooms, full over full bunks in the bunk room, mounted smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, and stainless appliances. We have a well-stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit to make you feel right at home regardless of how long your stay (and we hope it's a LONG one!)

The Village pool area includes a seasonally heated swimming pool, gas grills, tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a huge splash pool (great for kids!), and hot tub!
This is the perfect location if you don't bring a car, or if you want to park your car and never get back in until time to go, as there are many restaurants, shops, galleries and activities within walking distance in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, or Alys Beach. And our famous 18-mile paved walking/hiking/biking trail will provide you with even more options at the unique communities along 30A via bike, if that's your thing!
