“The listing is 100% accurate, the 2 pools were fantastic. We didn't golf, so I can't comment on that. The only hiccup was that we don't speak Spanish to communicate with the housekeeper, but google translate helped a lot.”

“I stayed there for a week with my husband, three kids, and my mother and there was space for all of us. The community is very nice..probably one of the nicest in the whole city. There is a golf course with a nice ( but expensive) restaurant. The pool there is sort of run down though. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would need. It is directly across from a playground too. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked great (very important!) I would recommend this place if you’re looking……

“This unit is perfect. Beautiful ocean and beach views! Modern appliances with comfortable beds and furnishings. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Facility is secure with and wonderful pools and easy beach access. Includes a small restaurant and bar with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Host quickly responded to all our questions. Highly recommend 1007. Tips: go to gym early before it gets crowded and bring your own pickleball equip. ”

“I have stayed in many VRBO rentals. I have never stayed in one with everything I need already there. There was spices, Ziploc bags, multiple condiments in the refrigerator, shampoo and conditioner, etc... I felt comfortable to leave items for the next guest knowing that they would benefit from not wasting supplies. The unit had tremendous views in four directions which are phenomenal. The people who you meet in the elevator, around the pool, and the service workers were all wonderful. I……

“We were a group of 6 and stayed for 5 weeks. The apartment had plenty of room for all of us. The location and view of the beach from the apartment is amazing. We were close to several surf schools and the kids learned to surf. It was a work / vacation and internet connection was great. The host were great and quickly corrected any problems we had with the Apartment. We would love to stay there again.”

“Beautiful condo overlooking Playa El Palmar. Location is a little remote, as there are no amenities at the condo. A car is recommended, unless you like to walk a lot and are okay jumping on the local buses or you want to take a taxi everywhere. Condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Owners were very prompt to deal with any issues or repairs that arose. Would highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here in the future!”
