“Overall, good resort. We really enjoyed staying in this location. Breakfast was good, but lunch/dinner buffet are overpriced and not that great. Swimming pools were great and we had fun. But ocean front of the resort, I wouldn't dip my body in there. Nice to watch. Staffs were excellent, other restaurants were ok. Location is out of the way, so each time we wanted to go to other locations (ie. Castco Veijo) it took good 20-30 minutes. There is only one major bridge connecting, so morning……

“Everything was satisfactory except the AC. The bedroom was fine but the rest of the suite was 100 degrees. The caretaker was a nice guy, really helpful. Restaurants easily walked to right on the beach and were reasonable priced. We also cooked in our kitchen, which was fun. The 15 foot tides left bare a half mile of ocean floor twice a day where you could explore, walk to the nearest island and find all sorts of interesting things”

“It is what you would expect for the $30/ night. Clean bed, and room, a/c worked well, limited water for showers at times, limited hot water. Great location for walking around close to Casco Viejo.”

“Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“I had a number of issues that made my stay an unhappy one. However, when asked if I’d enjoyed my stay, the manager was truly interested in hearing about my experiences. He made me feel heard and appreciated my feedback and that meant the world to me. The hotel is lovely. The staff is accommodating. The breakfast menu was full of good choices. The location is picturesque. Amarla could be perfect if there were an anytime ”before noon”breakfast. This is vacationing after all and I really wanted to……

“I can’t say enough about our stay. Every single staff member was pleasant and helpful, warm and inviting. The room itself was amazingly beautiful and spacious. I wish I had that bed at home! So comfortable! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. They even held our big bags before our stay while we visited one of the islands for a few days.”

“La habitación estaba limpia, aunque con mucho olor a producto de limpieza. Supongo que era el polvo antihumedad o algo similar. Me dieron recomendaciones de tours y tome uno. Pude pagar el tour con tarjeta y estuvo buenísimo!! Por otro lado, no hubo tanta convivencia como en otros hostales en los que he estado, y la habitación difería un poco de como la esperaba en fotos. Pero en general estuvo bien. Doy calificación de 4.5 dado que obtienes lo que pagas.”
