「IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

「This location is in a great location and is an updated version of Embassy Suites. The rooms were spacious and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. We would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again. 」

「Alot of roaches. Exposed wire on the ac unit. Bed sheets were stained. I got a non smoking room but the sheets have burn holes in them .no microwave to heat food. Enter at your own risk.」

「the plumbing needed some work loose handles, commode ran to refill often, had to move microwave to desk in order to plug it in. The window sheers were torn and did not close well. We liked the room just needed some tlc.」

Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.」
