"We loved our stay at Kandy Shady Trees thanks to the very welcoming and accommodating nature of our hosts. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable and breakfast was fresh and substantial. The location is up a steep hill (we took a tuk tuk up and down it) but could be walked. Views from the property were great and it was in close proximity to central Kandy and many worth visiting sites. Our host also accommodated us by driving us to local sites for a very reasonable fee. Firsly itcwas very difficult to access the property, we arrived late, we expected to have dinner at a restaurant, instead most of us had cold melas thst were ordered in hours b4! Some were returned to be reheated! It was the worse dinner i have ever had! The compkaint was mot gandled, i emailed the iwner an drexeived mp response!
