Property was close enough to Kalamata for day trips without hanging to stay in the hustle and bustle. Food was excellent!! The pool area was impeccably clean and a very nice relaxing area to stay in. "A high quality design hotel set in beautifully landscaped grounds by the beach. The hotel facilities are excellent. Nice restaurants, fantastic pools, lounging areas and spa. We loved our well-appointed room with comfortable beds and good showers and standalone bath. The views over the terrace and straight onto the beach were outstanding. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had a wow factor. We stayed in the Agora beachfront rooms which are next to a recently built, low-rise, classy waterside centre with shops/restaurants/cinema and small chapel. The Agora seems to be located between the W and neighbouring Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Our room was lovely and quiet and just a 5 min walk to the main W reception. The Agora facilities were right outside but there was no noise (golf buggies available to get around the resort too) and the beach was on the opposite side of the rooms. The W spa and outdoor pools are fantastic. Wonderful, welcoming staff who really made an effort. You can walk along the beach to nearby Gialova which is a small town with an elegant, lowkey vibe and some excellent beachfront restaurants. It was our second stay here and we had a wonderful time. The free onsite parking is certainly worth it to explore the region. Thank you for an excellent stay."
