“Perfect location. Walking distance to major attractions. Staff is very nice and friendly however check in process was a little bit slow. Arrives at 15:00 but had to wait about 20 mins for available room. Room is very nice decorated but the air conditioner stopped working at mid night with error code CH 04 appeared on the control screen of the air-con around 3am. Without air-con it’s hard to get sleep in August night in Athens. System returned to normal at around 9am next day. Besides that there……

“The air conditioning was broken when we got there. The staff refused to fix it and the heat was horrible. We had to keep the doors open because the heat got so bad so we woke up with bug bites everywhere. There were ants all over the room as well. The staff kept saying they would fix it and wouldn’t even come check on it or move us into another room. We spent the whole trip like this. The staff was also very rude and felt very unwelcoming. I would not come to this hotel and spend a little more……

“free shuttle service pick up from airport to hotel and free shuttle service from hotel to seaport, it's not only save our costs, also save up lots time. We have good and comfortable shuttle service and good driver. For hotel service, we have internet problem and they still keep helping us to get internet/wifi .... Anyway, this is worth staying at Oia Memories ”
