“Reception boy is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, a beautiful outdoor bath tub and a large area balcony, breakfast included, many cats around make the breakfast time interesting. Hotel is near the town centre, about 10 min, and also close to public bus station, a supermarket is in 10 min on foot. Hotel balcony can see the sea, and it is windy in balcony, very comfortable. In all, great stay in FIRA”

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Sofia et toute son équipe pour leur dévouement absolument remarquable. Notre vol a eu un retard important, et malgré notre arrivée à 2h du matin, ils nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse et une attention rares. Tout au long du séjour, ils se sont adaptés à chaque imprévu, toujours avec le sourire, toujours avec une volonté sincère de rendre notre expérience……

“The only bus stop at Imerovigli was confusing and not label that caused us missing the bus for Fira. As infrequent as the bus schedule was in November, we were thankful being picked up by a wandering taxi to give us ride to Oia (30 Euro) and then Oia to Fira (30 Euro) which in my opinion much preferred in a tight schedule. The hotel offered me courtesy drop-off at the airport which was super nice of Kostas.”

“早餐服務非常棒 但飯店整體清潔可以再加強,露臺的桌椅很髒,真的不適合用餐.但是風景非常完美 還有浴室也請改善,有點簡陋,不對應飯店的品質 服務人員Alex很友善,能協助搬運行李”
