"The apartment's in great shape, but the surrounding areas aren't, making people question the condo administration's maintenance. The host was super nice! There were 5 of us in the apartment, and we were missing a blanket set for the sofa bed. The host very kindly helped us out and left the missing set at our apartment. Ilya also provided several recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and activities that made our stay very memorable. "We stayed in Papagayo for the final night of our honeymoon due to its close proximity to Liberia airport. Upon arrival, we were greeted with ice cold wash cloths and a refreshing drink named “agua de sapo” or frog water. Facility was beautiful and staff was very friendly. We were sad that we didn’t have more time left to enjoy all of their facility and numerous hotel amenities—multiple onsite restaurants, bars, private cabanas, several pools, yoga, gym, billiards, SUPs, nor take in more of their romantic atmosphere."

"Planet Hollywood was absolutely beautiful. When you walk in everyone claps and you are greeted with a dragronfruit refresher. Check in was smooth. The room is a suite extremely comfortable and spacious. I have to say one thing that stood out is how clean this hotel is. The staff very friendly. The food is not the best …Tye sushi and hibachi was very good . Buffet for breakfast is very good …dinner was not that great. By the pool area they have a burger place if you want hamburgers and nachos. The pool has daily activities however the foam party is the best!!!…The swim up bar can get crowded…lots of Bees in that area.I wish they had something to control the amount of Bees in the swim up bar. This hotel is on a mountain. It makes it hard to walk around because the roads are very steep. They have carts to transport travelers to the lobby and pool area . They come around every 15 min sometimes if they are very busy it can take 30 min. Nexus tours that help with excursions were excellent!!… i use them to book tours and for airport transportation. At the beach you have beach chairs and you have a volcanic beach. Black sand and beautiful water. You will see monkeys bring fruit. You can feed them. We would definitely return to this hotel."

"This hotel will ruin all other hotels for you. The staff was incredible, the grounds were immaculate, the room was amazing, the wildlife and beach on property were unreal. Seriously, if you stay here, there’s no going back to mediocre hotels. You’ve been warned. We’re 100% going back. My wife literally cried when we were leaving."
