「We had a great stay as a family of four in the Mini House. Kitty and her family could not have been more welcoming. The house was perfect for our needs for a one night stay, exactly as described and very clean throughout. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pool and seeing the animals. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. "We are family with 2 teenagers. It’s a nice hotel. Arnold served us in the front desk when we checked in around 1:30am. He was gentle and friendly. Help us to check in and told us the facilities in Hotel. Gave us a discount coupon for drinks in the lounge. Reminded us to call him if we needed any help. It’s a very good location. It takes 10-15 minutes tram to Brussel- Zuid or Brussel- Noord. Then we could go everywhere such as Ghent or Paris. Our room is a junior suite with Sauna. It’s very nice to have sauna in room. The room is spacious with soft bed and pillows We had sweet dreams for two nights. For the cleanliness, dusting the towel warmer and the sauna room then we could give 5 stars. Anyway, we will come again."
