「Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service.」

El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La vista desde la terraza del piso 13 es espectacular. Quizá o lo único es que la habitación que nos dieron daba hacia la calle y en la madrugada los indigentes de la zona hacen mucho ruido. Pero el hotel en general es muy bueno. Valió la pena」

「The staff is absolutely outstanding! Everyone (doormen, reception, breakfast, bar...) goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of — they even offered me a raincoat when it suddenly started pouring. We stayed in a ‘superior’ room on the 10th floor: the view was lovely. The room is spacious and quiet (we couldn't hear any noise coming from the road below, which was nice) with everything you might need: slippers, toiletries, a hairdryer, an extra duvet… The shower is large and the water...
