Liked: Check-in, communication
House was dirty. Doors, light switches, furniture was stained in several places. Night 1 several family members woke with bug bites to face, arms , back and legs. Mouse feces on shower window sill. Bites were NOT caused by mosquitoes. I sent photos to property manager. They were great to email correspond with and dispatched new cleaning crew same day and all bed lines washed and place was cleaned.
