“We were very happy with our stay at Glen Innes Motel. Everything we needed was provided in the room, which was clean & tidy. An extra bonus was that a delicious continental breakfast was provided at no extra cost. Also, the staff member on reception was very nice.”

Arrived exhausted from 8hrs driving and was looking forward to the warm country hospitality that I’m used to in rural motels. What I got was a surly and rude young woman on reception who didn’t greet me or even smile. Was treated like I was booking into a backpacker hostel.
