“First time we stayed here we loved it. 2nd time we stayed - everything went wrong
The girl at the front desk is incompetent - will say anything to get you off the phone or away from her desk.
I tried at least 10 times before our stay I rang to get a 2nd floor unit as the first time we stayed ground floor and cockroaches can come in through the sliding doors that lead to the grass outside the room.
Eventually spoke to a guy who said our room request was accepted.
Check in came. No such……

“This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over……
