「Great staff, more information about the property would be helpful. Ex check in is on 2nd floor-no signs on first floor indicating this until the elevator, wasn’t sure of amenities or restaurant options on propert. Loved the room the crock, close to the beach」

「I stayed here on my own so I could spend time with my dad at St Mark Village about a 10 minute drive away. Great location, very clean, excellent amenities like microwave and fridge in the room and a lovely little patio to sit out on in the evenings. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. Definitely going to book here every time I travel from London to visit my dad. 」

「Excellent property right on the beach, very clean with hard working staff around. It was our wedding anniversary and we had complimentary champagne and strawberries in our room on arrival. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back!」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
