Lucky 2 - Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches of Cyprus!

One bedroom indented - NOT shared apartment with a beautiful garden full of trees, such us lemon trees, orange trees, mandarin trees, pomegranate trees and flowers. It has also plenty of parking place just in front of the apartment and it's free!

Apartment is located just outside of Paralimni village and just before Protaras so it's in the middle of everything around. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but not only a couple of meters away from the next shop where you can buy everything you need and the next bus station which means it's very easy to get around to places (the bus comes almost every 10 minuets and goes everywhere from city center to Cape Greco, to Ayia Napa and everywhere in between).

it's brand new-Renovated pleasant in March 2019 and has a bedroom with a super extra double bed (2mtrs x 2 mtrs) where after demand we can transform it into 2 single beds (1 mtr X 1 mtr). A separate bath with toilet, one very comfortable sofa bed in a living room, table with chairs, TV, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, hairdryer, dishes, electric cooker, safe child seat if necessary, wi-fi, air-condition, free parking just in front of the apartment and a lovely terrace with lovely garden view, with also table and chairs. Towels and sheets are provided. Also you do not have to carry with you in baggage bulky beach towels, there are also provided! As a beach bag and beach umbrella as well . Guests can enjoy all provided services in the house. The kitchen has every piece of equipment you would need plus more.
You find the first beach only 1 minuet drive away, beautiful churches nearby and views right across the fields to distant villages. Supermarkets, ( such as 'metro' only 800 meters away, 'Lidl' - 600 meters away), cafes and banks with ATM machines within 5 minuets walking distance. Huge amount of big shops only 2 minuets drive away.
Staff is always connected and ready to suggest and help out.
