Protaras Spetses Villa SP5 - a villa that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

This stunning 3-bedroom villa in Protaras is just a 2-minute drive from the resort center. With modern furnishings, a spacious garden, and beautiful sea views, it provides the perfect setting for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area with large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The tastefully decorated living room includes comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV with full satellite, and views of the garden and pool. The dining area seats six, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a family bathroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a very large balcony with stunning views. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms feature a bath, shower, and WC.

Outside, the large sunny garden offers a private pool, barbecue area, outside dining area, and sun loungers, perfect for long days of sunbathing and relaxation.

WiFi and air-conditioning are included throughout.

This villa is ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful and relaxing break.
