Estancia difícil de llevar

La casa tiene inconvenientes importantes: • DENTRO de la casa, hay un pozo con una bomba de agua que se conecta a cualquier hora con fuerte ruido, incluso de madrugada. • La limipeza de la casa era superficial, debajo de la chimenea, leñero, etc... ausencia de limpieza por meses y debajo de la cama, sobresaliendo, había camisetas, significando que tampoco se ha limpiado... sábanas arrugadas que hacen pensar en que no se cambiaron, etc... • El estado de los exteriores está MUY dejado... la pinaza se acumula un palmo, incumpliendo la normativa y con alto riesgo de incendio en plena ola de calor, entre otras cosas... • A 1h de llegar, se nos comunica que hay un problema con la piscina... agua turbia toda la estancia. • No están todos los elementos de la cocina que salen en el anuncio y los que hay necesitan una renovación urgente. • La casa solo tiene un aire acondicionado en la planta superior, insuficiente, incluso para solo esa zona y además la planta superior es de difícil acceso. La planta baja no tiene aire acondicionado, recibe sol todo el día y no hay ni cortinas, en plena ola de calor es inhabitable. Mala comunicación: • una vez pagado todo, se nos hizo llegar un contrato para su firma, cuando cualquier clausulado debe ser acordado antes del pago. • La 1a vez que llama mi mujer a la propietaria, le pregunta si es extranjera... que si, lo es ¿¡y qué?! • Poco interés en escuchar y actitud poco apropiada para el servicio.

Desconexión total

Queríamos una estancia tranquila, para desconectar y lo hemos conseguido. Es un sitio apartado, sin más ruido que los pájaros. La casa es encantadora, sin lujos pero cómoda. Repetiremos seguro.

Espectaculares vistas y entorno

La casa tiene un encanto especial, está situada en un entorno muy especial. El único problema es que fuimos con bebes de 1año y medio y no esta muy adaptada para bebés, pero es estupenda para adultos! Muy recomendable.

Bonitas vistas

Un entorno con mucha vegetacion y con unas bonitas vistas al pueblo de parcent. Muy recomendable para desconectar y pasar unos días relajado. Bien situado para iniciar rutas de senderismo por la zona. Repetiremos.

Mágico!

Es un lugar muy difícil de grabar en la mente de una sola vez, así que hay que repetir la experiencia que, sin duda, es muy especial. Un lugar precioso, tranquilo, cerca pero lejos de la rutina donde descansar y desconectar. María es un encanto! Ha sido un placer encontrarla. Pensamos volver muchas veces más!

Relax garantizado

Él enclave de la vivienda es espectacular. Las vistas,la tranquilidad,la privacidad y la extensa vegetación han conseguido que él tiempo se pare. La vivienda ha sido rehabilitada con gusto, incorporando una cristalera que unifica las terrazas exteriores con él interior y enmarca unas vistas fabulosa.La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para q no tengas q salir y la chimenea añade un toque cálido. Nosotros hemos pasado un fin de semana de descanso que estamos deseando repetir.
