“Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. ”

“This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will……
